After several hours I hadn't heard back so I sent a message with my opinion of the JOKE of a service they provide.. Later I got another text saying that he left a voicemail with the price. BS, NO MESSAGE was ever left.. He did send the price in response along with the BS.. It was almost a full dollar more than I had just paid.. They are just a mickey mouse operation

After several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to visit my local Ace Hardware store, which is conveniently close to my home. When I arrived, I explained the situation to the supervisor, Craig. From that moment on, he went above and beyond to help. He first tried assisting me with placing the delivery order directly from my phone, but the system continued to have issues. Rather than giving up, he spent a considerable amount of time working through options with me and ultimately suggested that I place the order for pickup. He then personally assured me that he would make sure the grill was delivered. Since it was Thursday and I needed the grill by Saturday, I was hopeful but not entirely sure it would happen. To my surprise, I received a personal phone call from Craig on Friday letting me know that his driver was on the way with my grill. This level of customer service is exceptional and not something you typically experience at a large box store. Craig took complete ownership of the situation, followed through on his promise, and exceeded my expectations every step of the way. A huge thank you to Craig for going above and beyond. Your car will run on it, but eventually in the long run you're going to need to have your injectors cleaned. there is a reason why Chevron and Shell gasoline is more expensive. Because of the additives they put into it. I know this because I work in a refinery. I do not buy gas at any place that is not Chevron or Shell. I do this for the longevity of my car. He willingly and freely offered used supplies (both blankets and boxes). The transaction took only a few minutes but I was overwhelmed with emotion about his generosity and frankness. He went above and beyond the typical service offered toward customers. As a manager, he will easily model correct service behavior to his employees, of that I am sure.

Good guy. I've come across many workers and they're usually pretty abrupt and don't take the time to explain like Michael did. Do NOT fill a NEW propane tank here! These guys have no clue that you need to purge a new tank…read moreBEFORE you fill it with propane, even though I told them! That is also clearly written in red on a sticker that is on every new propane tank, and the sleeve around it refers to the procedure required (in English and Spanish). That sleeve and sticker must then be removed by the (licensed) filler. Photo's attached. If this is not done then any propane appliance that is hooked up will not properly function. That could be a dangerous hazard and even ruin your new tank for later re-fills. THESE GUYS APPEAR NOT TO BE LICENSED AND THEIR OPERATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR THE SAFETY OF OTHERS! '76' should be ashamed to let these guys run this outfit!

He was telling the kid about a wall they have in the back with people who steal. Really?!? At first I ignored them, but he was talking about the wall in the back and how to tell them apart, etc. So it was racist indoctrination at work. I'd just left an organization of professional woman who gave out a $1500 scholarship to a couple of young people. And I'm in grad school, so yes I was tired. And I work full time. But we'd had a small electrical fire and needed this cord so I got it. I was glad to return it to another, closer location and I made sure to tell my story to that employee. But these people are so busy worried about me, they are missing the methy nomads who are truly stealing from them! The truth is that the only reason I went in there at closing was because I was going next door to Whole Paycheck and I realized that they would be open longer. And no, not to steal but to buy something I needed. However, my husband had one at home we could use and I decided to take my money back from the racists. As I left, the one person who greeted me said goodbye. That's not to say that she was a friend or friendly, but she was respectful and I appreciated that. I just hope it was sincere.
