I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service I received during my refinance. Thank you for your guidance throughout the entire loan process! If you're in the market for a home loan/refinance, the staff at Amerifund will go above and beyond to do what is best for their client. So glad I made the call and chose to run numbers with them. Brad referred me to Cesar. Cesar and his team went out of their way to make sure I got the best available loan at the best possible rate. I saved thousands of dollars! Integrity is something you cannot put a price on. Cesar Silva, along with his team, Shannon Gruetzmacher and Jennifer McCall exemplify what it means to be professional, knowledgeable, and responsive! Thank you! read more

I was so impressed by the attention to detail, quick follow-up, and thoroughness that I received from Cesar Silva, Jen, and Shannon. Cesar was terrific about answering all of my questions (believe me, I had many), presented options to me to consider, and went above and beyond my expectations. Jen and Shannon were on top of it and put my mind at ease throughout the process. Whenever I have another home financing need, I will return to this team of superstars and highly recommend them. read more

Angela Wyckoff and her team exceed expectations every single time. As a Realtor, I am so grateful to partner with such an experienced, knowledgeable and efficient team that make the loan experience so pain-free for my clients. read more

Angela & the team are a dream to work with. Determined to make sure the process moves forward and that I always understand the requirements, costs and implications of each decision, they spend as much time as it takes to seal the deal. My original loan was complicated. My income was sufficient yet hard to document. Angela helped me pull together documents to paint a clear picture for lenders. I was reaching for a conforming owner-occupied multi family loan on duplex with an illegal unit so appraisal was a question mark, and I wanted PITI included. Whew! Nearly 3 years later, I'm so glad I stretched to meet my goal and so grateful Angela & Gina helped me reach it and that they got all the details right for my situation. With the ADU laws, I can now legalize my basement unit and Angela calls in to check on my planning progress so that they can help fund construction when I'm ready. Professional, always good-humored, trustworthy and great problem-solvers, I look forward to another successful transaction soon! read more

If I could give Brad and his team more than five stars, I would. I'd double it without a hitch. I have worked with Brad and his team for more than 10 years. Not only do I use him personally, I refer my family and all of my very important clients to him. I am a local realtor who has been through countless real estate transactions which involve mortgage loans. I kid you not, I have not seen a lending team more honest, proactive, and thorough than Brad and his team. That's how they won my business; one of their buyers bought a home I had listed and I was incredibly impressed... They are with you every step of the way guiding you and educating you. That's why they are the only team I refer to. My clients have had nothing but great things to say. Getting a home loan these days is extremely complicated; especially since lending guidelines have become so tight since the real estate bubble burst. It's a guarantee that you will hit a hiccup in the middle of the process. Teams like Brad's are able to do the work up front to anticipate any issues and keep things moving smoothly through closing. That's always important, but it's especially important in a purchase where you are dealing with multiple parties and processes and you have your deposit and your dream home on the line. Brad, Jamie, Gina, Angela, Shannon, Adam, and Jennifer are all seriously terrific. Reach out to them and you'll see what I mean in your first interview with them. Keep up the good work guys! read more

The Amerifund team made my first home purchase exceptionally smooth. Every question answered, every page covered, all communication timely and professional, escrow open-close in 30 days ... so quick and painless, i almost forgot i was actually buying a home, as everyone had always told me how stressful an experience as a first-time home buyer, not knowing anything .. .instead, my experience was a like walk in the park. Thank you Brad and Team! read more

First time ever even thinking about buying about home and trying to take the first steps... Extremely daunting but all the less so when you have good people willing to slow down and explain things, elaborate on the pros and cons of different options. That's who Angela Wyckoff is for me in this process- some one on my team, in my corner. Thank you! read more

Cesar was personable and helpful every step of the way! It was our first home loan and I will definitely be using them again!

My husband and I worked with Angela Wyckoff and her team at Amerifund to get our loan funded for our new house in Florida. She had us pre-approved in no time at all, before we even left California. The paperwork went smoothly and we were in our new home right on time. We would gladly recommend Amerifund if you are looking to buy a home! The Amerifund team are awesome! They were very helpful when we decided to refinance earlier this year. They helped and patiently guided us through the entire refinance process. They stayed available and in constant contact and they were clear about what they were going to do. I worked with Angela Wyckoff and Jeff Baker at Amerifund. The level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism demonstrated by them far surpassed my expectations. I really appreciated their honesty and transparency throughout the refinance process. They stayed on top of every detail and are there for you every step of the way to answer any questions and address any concerns. I highly recommend Angela Wyckoff and the Amerifund team! read more

The Amerifund team was amazing throughout the entire refinancing process. Courteous, patient, helpful, professional, and friendly are just some of the adjectives that describe this team. If we had a question or concern, it was addressed. The entire process was completed almost exclusively online, with the exception of a notary visit. This made it easy, convenient, and safe for us during COVID. If we had to refi again, or recommend a company, Amerifund would be our first choice, hands down. Thank you!! read more

Amerifund did the imposible. After trying four different brokers that gave us the round around without performing. These guys were able to do two loans for us AT THE SAME TIME!!! Thank you Amerifund, you guys were so professional...,. I will come back to refi other buildings. read more

Horrible experience with trying to refinance through them. Had the same rate quoted from multiple companies, and decided to lock in with Amerifund, but they failed to respond to multiple correspondences, gave us some bad advice which delayed the whole process, and never informed us that we had a time window before the locked in rate expired. I'm certain that if I had gone with one of the other companies that quoted us the same rate, that we would have secured the refinance, because this was a perfect storm of bad service. read more

Meet Cesar through Vetted VA. He was there every step away way for my first time home purchase. Weekends, days and nights, any financial and reality questions I had, he had an answer or found it immediately for me. I am so fortunate I got this lucky first time up. He truly was looking out for my best interests in such a new and scary adventure. I cant recommend him and the help through the Vetted VA enough. Amerifund was really great. From beginning to end they were exceedingly patient and communicative. Real professionals. I would recommend to anyone. read more

I do not even know where to begin... we started the process with me telling the Amerifund team that we are a very difficult refi because we are both self employed. That did not phase this team. Angela started the process and kept us informed throughout the process and when it got really tough, Shannon, Jamie and Gina kept it going. With all of the rules changing because of COVID, this group was able to navigate the changes and get our loan through and funded. We are forever grateful to the Amerifund team. read more

Brad Rice and his team made the home buying process the smoothest I've ever had. From their clear explanation of fees and deadlines of payments to their courier even coming to my office to pick up my documents, this is how you do business. Myself and my family will continue to be loyal to Brad's team because they were loyal to me and made the movement of such large dollar amounts with buying a home as easy as buying something on Amazon. Clear and friendly and easy. That's all anyone can ask for. Thanks Brad and team! read more

Amerifund Home Loans rocks!!! The loan process was explained clearly, the whole team was upbeat and always quick at responding to my endless questions, our pre-approval gave us a variety of loan options that were very detailed, and our data always felt secure -- all documents were handled through a secure web portal. Thanks to Amerifund's quick turnaround, we were able to offer the seller a very short escrow period, which beat out other offers that were higher (but whose waiting periods were longer). Yay! Thanks to the Amerifund team! Highly recommended! read more

Brad, Jamie, Gina, Shannon and the Amerifund team were all fantastic. great communication, very organized and process driven, but also had a great attitude and a personal touch.
