I first started working with Chris in late 2013 or early 2014. A friend put me in contact with him directly because no one else could help me get into a new house while keeping and renting out the condo I had as the market was not good to sell it. Chris worked his magic and found a reasonable and fiscally responsible way to help me with getting into a house while maintaining my condo. In the end, he helped me so that I felt secure in my leftover savings that if I did not have have a renter for a few months that I would be secure in paying for all expenses of both properties. A couple years later, he helped me refi my house so that I could save money and get some money out of it to pursue starting my family. Just recently he helped me again get into what I hope is my forever home. I am a high maintenance kind of person who looks over all the paperwork and has lots of questions. Chris always answers my questions quickly and clearly. If something doesn't work for me, he will try to see what other options there are to make it work. He is also very realistic. He does not overpromise and often won't give information until he has the facts because he does not want to set up unrealistic expectations. He helped my sister and her husband when Rocket Mortgage screwed them over (DO NOT USE ROCKET MORTGAGE!). He will tell you things you may not want to hear, but they will always be in your best interest. I will refer people directly to Chris and continue to use him for all my home needs. Not being able to use Chris would be a deal breaker for me with regard to any aspects of home buying or refing.

I have great credit, so when they offered me 5.25% for a 30 year fixed conventional, I decided to give Michael a call and see what he could offer.
