Placed a order online on Thursday by Monday my business cards were done! Ordering was easy breezy. I ordered a sample of the paper and it was mailed immediately! I went to pick my order when it was ready - quality was fantastic and prices even better! Friendly receptionist. Clean restrooms. I only took off a star because I had emailed my customer service rep to find out if the "will call" status meant they were done and he didn't email me back. I just ended up calling and confirmed - not a big deal at all because I LOVE my new business cards and will be a return customer and will be telling all my friends who need them. Emailed for a quote for 1000 2 X 2 business cards. They offer 2 X 2 circle ones which require more work and are a great price. When I quoted I not only got a quote that was 4 times higher but also they said they can only print 2000. Didn't feel like playing the back and forth email game so ended up elsewhere. Could have even ordered 2 X 3.5 ones for the cheap price they offer and cut them myself and would have been fine but just off pure principle will take my printing business elsewhere. My experience with America's Printer started off great. Their sales rep was very helpful and customer friendly, but lacked knowledge on graphics and printing. They are printing and graphics company so they should be up to date with questions. They charged me over $900 for graphics alone and when it came to delivery of the graphic art work, it was weeks late and not to satisfaction. They used wrong pictures on the post card and when you provide them with correct information, they want more money to change the photo. They make the error and we pay for it. People might be nice but service and ethics are terrible. I left a message for their management, and it's been over 3 weeks I have yet to receive a response back. I requested them to correct my photo and they again want more money. It's all about money and no customer satisfaction. They do decent work, but I am sad to know and experience they don't care about their customers. read more

The best prints ever!! I used AmericasPrinter for the first time last week and I will definitely be a returning customer. I had a great experience with AmericasPrinter from my first call! The company I work for needed 100 brochures printed and delivered within a few days. I called around 5:30pm on Thursday and spoke to a representative right away. I was so happy and surprised that I was not place on a long hold. My sales rep, Raul, worked with me to figure out exactly what I wanted. I had a print from our design team and it was not their normal dimensions for a trifold brochure, but they were able to print my size brochure anyway! I stressed to Raul that we needed a perfect order-the color had to be right or there would be a chance the brochures would be returned. The soft-proof he sent me looked great and they started production right away Friday morning to rush my order. Since we needed these brochures by Monday morning I asked for overnight priority shipping on Friday. FedEx was unable to deliver to my office over the weekend, so Raul had an additional shipment sent to my CEO's house on saturday at no extra charge! He was wonderful to work with; he truly cared about his customer's experience and happiness with the order. I am extremely thankful that Raul was so considerate of our time-sensitive order. I stopped using Americas printer years ago because too many times they don't come through on the deadline. Not a problem if your super early but they can't be trusted and have a arrogant attitude when they screw up. Next Day printers and Got print never fail deadlines and I switched companies long ago. Tried using Americas printer again last week for a folding invite and paid for express service, Its been a few years and figured maybe they changed with all the competition out there. It was due Tuesday and gave myself a cushion, Wednesday no invite and called and they promised Thrursday, Failed again! Called Thursday and said will deliver on Friday!! The manager wouldn't get on the phone to talk to me or try and resolve it. I told the receptionist if he didn't call back I wasn't paying and of course no return call!! Cancelled the $179 charge on my credit card for defaulting. Losers! Won't be back! FU As*****! read more

Stay Away!!!! I went to Americas printer to have some flyer printed however I had Brian as my sales manager I emailed him what i wanted to change on my flyer and he said it would be done. I called him to get my soft proof and left him a message I called him and called but he did not return my call over a week. later he finally sent me my soft proof then it took another week and my fliers were still not done I called and Brian several times during this and still no answer He never talked to me finally one of the receptionist said that they would print my fliers that night and they would be done by the next day. I went to get them and they were printed wrong. I called Brain again no answer so I went in to his office to talk to him and he tells me well their printed its your problem. So I ask to speak to AJ the bosses son and manager he was very nice he said that they took most of their staff to Germany and were very busy. He would talk to his father about this issue and see what they could do and give me a call back I waited a couple days for them to call me when they didn't I decided to call them I left message after message yet again. I talked with a receptionist who told me to come in today at 10. So I did and i spoke with A.J. and Brian and Artie the owner and they told me that basically since I only ordered 40,000 fliers that this was a very small order and they had many bigger orders to fill and I asked them very nicely If there was anything they could do to fix this error that they made they said no. Now I work for a non profit organization working with children and these fliers are important and have time sensitive dates on them so when my order was wrong I could not use these fliers in anyway. I was very upset that they made a mistake and would not fix it. I will never go here again! read more

To keep it short and simple, I was unhappy with the quality of a print job I received. Defective gloss coat. Instead of making the situation right, I received appallingly bad responses and attitude. I had to literally throw their job in the trash and order from another company. That was less headache than the alternative of continuing to go back and forth with these guys. I am not at all happy with this company. First off, I order 5000 postcards. I was first quoted $164. When I actually placed the order I asked if there was anyway I could get the postcards back by Friday which was two days from the order date (since the company I usually order from I am able to pick up the postcards the following day). Jose (my rep) told me there was an extra charge to get a rush on the order. The order was not ready until Monday at 6pm. When I go to pick up the postcards only half of my order was completed. On the up side they did mail the rest of my order so I didn't have to drive back down there. On the down side, when I asked my rep if I would be refunded or credited for the hassle and not receiving my order on time he told me they could credit $20. I emailed Jose explaining that I paid $36 for the rush job and I didn't even receive the complete order for over a week after I ordered it. I expected to receive at the least a credit for $36. I have called and emailed Jose. I even spoke with another representative Brett who assured me Jose will get back to me. It's been over 3 days and I have not had a return call or email from Jose. Credit or not, I probably will stick with the company I already use. Plus I found out there 2-4 day turn around is cheaper than AmericasPrinter anyway. read more

We always send our bids to 2-3 different printers but come back to AP everytime. The print quality is always solid and the customer service is very personal. Unreal. Tops the list of the worst customer service I've ever had. Like a lot of businesses, I had to have a print job complete before a crucial event. Long, long story short, I was unfortunately referred to them by someone I thought I could trust. My print job required a gloss coat. When the job arrived, we immediately noticed that the gloss coat was paper thin. I mean, if you just happen to rub two cards together, the gloss scuffed. They arrived scuffed and marked. That prompted us to test the gloss durability and even with the most delicate "scratch" against the surface, there were marks. In fact, I videotaped a comparison of what I received from Americas Printer vs another printer with nearly the same exact graphics and emailed it to them. They charged my credit card 10/3/12 and as of 10/19/12 the owner emailed me and said to return the entire job (thousands and thousands of cards) so that he can evaluate and decide if I'm worthy of a refund, despite viewing photos and a video. Meanwhile, this guy Artie (the owner) doesn't seem to comprehend how stressed out a guy in my position might be. This very expensive exhibit hinges upon receiving business cards and brochures in time. That's easy to understand...I thought. Not to Artie. He tells me I'm dramatic and that any surface will scratch if scratched hard enough. What? So now I'm lying and spending ridiculous amounts of time corresponding with his reps and him, spending double to expedite a print job from another company to get my cards in time....all just so that I can lie to him. I mean, totally crazy. There's no way this guy or company can last. The icing on the cake is his email where he condescendingly concludes, "...focus on your show...". This guy totally does not understand that the business card and brochures represent the company. Yet he's in the print business? As I wrote this, he emailed me: "we all know there are different people that walk the earth... and some relish in complaining... you are that client." If that's not a warning to you reading this...then go for it! Ha! read more

this was the worst business experience i have ever had in my entire life!!! not only did they get my first order wrong, but when the salesperson said they would replace the misprints at no cost to me. He then refused to return my calls and messages for months... When i then called to deal with the sales manager directly, he then gave me the run around for 3 weeks and could never give us any answers eccept that after 3 weeks we needed to talk to the owner. After leaving 3 messages with the illusive owner and receiving no return call i then proceeded to call the sales manager back and he said that the owner had confirmed with him that we had spoken already and the problem was handled.... hmmmmmmmm.. 3 days later the sales manager called me and told me that they decided not to re run the misprinted flyers and that we were just going to have to eat the cost... But it doesnt end there... we decided to give them more business (which was very stupid of us i know) and after 2 weeks of back and forth calls on what was actually a reprint with simple changes, they still got the proofs wrong!!! and charged us $20 more than we were quoted on the job!! they should change the name to "americas WORST printer" read more

Americas Printer is the most difficult and upsetting company I have ever worked with. This company will say anything they need to, to get your money, but they will only do what they want to do, and once they have it. You better hope that what you order, is what you receive as they will not accommodate to fix any errors in a realistic manner. The incorrect job that I received has not been resolved yet, and it has been over 6 weeks, and over 3 since I have heard from them, despite my countless attempts to contact them. Not only that, I think I would get a better price at Kinkos. The fact that this company is still in business is shocking as their ethics and customer service are that of a super villain working at the DMV. I feel like political campaign ads are more honest. I would sooner hand write anything I want printed than use Americas Printer ever again, and if I find out that a company uses Americas Printer, I will not be shopping there either. read more
