Thoroughly impressed! I had a small print job I needed for my wedding invitations, I reached out to America's Printer because they are local and I've seen some of the mailers they've printed for my past employer. Eric Williams was incredibly helpful and professional. I got my invites printed in 2 days and it was for less than what I would have paid through Vista Print and a few other sites I checked out. And they look amazing! I'm still blown away by how good they came out. If you live in the area I would highly recommend using them for your wedding invites over an online service. Also they are open til 11pm for some reason which is amazing. I was able to pick up the invites after traffic had died down. read more

Great service with quality products that speak professionalism. Very reasonable for business cards and if I had the need for other services I would seek quotes out from them first. Also speedy got word that my order was ready in just about 2 business days. Well done. read more

I deal with a lot of different printing for the company I work for and America's Printer is BY FAR the easiest company to deal with and the quality of their work is great. Jose has been our rep since 2008 and we have received nothing but A+ customer service from him and their art department. No job is too big (or small) for them and if we need a custom quote we get it back in record time. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality, fast, reliable printer. read more

I've been working with AmericasPrinter for years but had an exceptional experience today with their incredible shipping folks. Krystal and her team helped me prepare 170lbs of video equipment for 2 day shipping on a moments notice. While completely outside the scope of our normal relationship, they jumped on the task with grace and ease and 100% accomplished what I asked them to do. I really couldn't have been happier; they turned a stressful situation into a breeze. read more

I'm so glad I found this place! Jose is my rep and he is always so polite and helpful. They have the best priced and they are QUICK!!! They have saved me soooo many times. Most printers take 3-7 days to finish my projects. Americas Printer gets it done sooo much faster. Receptionists are also always very nice. I work for a rapidly expanding company with over 15 restaurant locations. I highly recommend this print shop. Thank you guys! read more

The best prints ever!! I used AmericasPrinter for the first time last week and I will definitely be a returning customer. I had a great experience with AmericasPrinter from my first call! The company I work for needed 100 brochures printed and delivered within a few days. I called around 5:30pm on Thursday and spoke to a representative right away. I was so happy and surprised that I was not place on a long hold. My sales rep, Raul, worked with me to figure out exactly what I wanted. I had a print from our design team and it was not their normal dimensions for a trifold brochure, but they were able to print my size brochure anyway! I stressed to Raul that we needed a perfect order-the color had to be right or there would be a chance the brochures would be returned. The soft-proof he sent me looked great and they started production right away Friday morning to rush my order. Since we needed these brochures by Monday morning I asked for overnight priority shipping on Friday. FedEx was unable to deliver to my office over the weekend, so Raul had an additional shipment sent to my CEO's house on saturday at no extra charge! He was wonderful to work with; he truly cared about his customer's experience and happiness with the order. I am extremely thankful that Raul was so considerate of our time-sensitive order. The colors turned out great too! We were happy with the professionalism of the company, timeliness of the order, and the quality of the prints. read more

You might say that I have "grown-up" WITH AmericasPrinter and their Sales Manager. Jimmy Miller ... started using their shop in the mid 1990's when I was Creative Director at an marketing agency in San Francisco. Their offerings were pretty simple back then: full-color sales sheets, postcards and simple tri-fold brochures. They delivered these with incredible speed and quality, all in full-process, offset printed color (CMYK) at prices that even the early stage digital shops could not match. I have continued to stay in contact and use Jimmy, and have watched their product offerings grow to include booklets, larger-format print, and now even fine, short-run digital work. Despite the incredibly demanding business they're in, their prices continue to be the most competitive anywhere - and the quality of the work continues to get better. Over these past 15 years of contract and free-lance work, I have sent every type of printing challenge to Jimmy and AmericasPrinter, and have never been disappointed. I have often simply turned the account contact over to my customers, and then they too, have maintained long-standing relationships for all their print needs. Follow their file prep' guidelines, and when you use AmericasPrinter - you can not go wrong! Thomas Morris www.ThomasMorrisDesign.com read more

I use America's Printer ALL the time and they are consistently great. I use several printing companies (since AP does not have low minimums available on most products) and I always am impressed that AP can maintain such quality in such mass, when so many other printing companies cannot. I have been working with AmericasPrinter for the past three years. I deal directly with Artie for all of my print projects and his customer service is as good as it gets. On average, I have about 10 print projects that I submit to AmericasPrinter per month. The process is easy, the cost is great and the quality of the product they produce is unrivaled in the industry. They really make my work shine. If I have an issue, they don't stop until it's fixed. If I want something done a special way it's never a problem and Artie is always just a phone call away. Printing with a personal touch - doesn't get better than this. read more

Excellent company!! I had some custom die cut business cards printed up and they came out great. The cards were in the shape of a dog on a skate board and they nailed the design. Production was relatively fast too. Shout out to my rep Mike Schreiner for helping me with the process. Can't wait to print my next project with them! read more

If you are looking to get some printing done, but you don't have a huge budget or a lot of time, then americasprinter.com is the place you should go... I have been doing business with them for over 10 years, and over the years they have consistently gotten better and better. I will continue to give them my business for many reasons, but the main reasons are: 1. Price. For the quality they produce, they are probably the least expensive printshop in the country, if not the world. You always get a great value for your hard-earned dollar. 2. Quality. Consistently awesome printing with specs you will not find at the prices they provide. Always happy with the outcome. On the rare case that there is a mistake or problem, they come through with a solution. 3. Convenience. My account is set up on their website and I can place my order anytime. All prices and options are listed clearly, the artwork submission process is simple and the invoice/payment history is always available to view and download. One of the best and most thought-through 4. Service. Superb Service! Highly Recommended! read more

As a director of a design studio who outsources print media production, I've been working with America's Printer, for over 15 years. Through that time period we've processed 100's of printing jobs from simple to custom and complex. Although i've never met in person any of the folks at AP, I have complete trust in their competence and dependability. Our current sales rep, Jimmy, seems to be surrounded by a quality sales and production staff. I've enjoyed the feedback of new clients who have just received the finished print job we've administrated, as they ask "How did they do that ? "...as if to say, how can such high quality production be delivered, at that low price and quick turn around time? The answer is simply, "that's great value in action". Thanks and keep it going! read more

Stay Away!!!! I went to Americas printer to have some flyer printed however I had Brian as my sales manager I emailed him what i wanted to change on my flyer and he said it would be done. I called him to get my soft proof and left him a message I called him and called but he did not return my call over a week. later he finally sent me my soft proof then it took another week and my fliers were still not done I called and Brian several times during this and still no answer He never talked to me finally one of the receptionist said that they would print my fliers that night and they would be done by the next day. I went to get them and they were printed wrong. I called Brain again no answer so I went in to his office to talk to him and he tells me well their printed its your problem. So I ask to speak to AJ the bosses son and manager he was very nice he said that they took most of their staff to Germany and were very busy. He would talk to his father about this issue and see what they could do and give me a call back I waited a couple days for them to call me when they didn't I decided to call them I left message after message yet again. I talked with a receptionist who told me to come in today at 10. So I did and i spoke with A.J. and Brian and Artie the owner and they told me that basically since I only ordered 40,000 fliers that this was a very small order and they had many bigger orders to fill and I asked them very nicely If there was anything they could do to fix this error that they made they said no. Now I work for a non profit organization working with children and these fliers are important and have time sensitive dates on them so when my order was wrong I could not use these fliers in anyway. I was very upset that they made a mistake and would not fix it. I will never go here again! read more

I stopped using Americas printer years ago because too many times they don't come through on the deadline. Not a problem if your super early but they can't be trusted and have a arrogant attitude when they screw up. Next Day printers and Got print never fail deadlines and I switched companies long ago. Tried using Americas printer again last week for a folding invite and paid for express service, Its been a few years and figured maybe they changed with all the competition out there. It was due Tuesday and gave myself a cushion, Wednesday no invite and called and they promised Thrursday, Failed again! Called Thursday and said will deliver on Friday!! The manager wouldn't get on the phone to talk to me or try and resolve it. I told the receptionist if he didn't call back I wasn't paying and of course no return call!! Cancelled the $179 charge on my credit card for defaulting. Losers! Won't be back! FU As*****! read more

To keep it short and simple, I was unhappy with the quality of a print job I received. Defective gloss coat. Instead of making the situation right, I received appallingly bad responses and attitude. I had to literally throw their job in the trash and order from another company. That was less headache than the alternative of continuing to go back and forth with these guys. Would not order from them again and would never refer. read more

I have worked with Jimmy at Americas Printer for about 5 years and could not be more pleased. What I like most about Jimmy is the customer service. The company as a whole is much more accommodating than other internet print companies. Jimmy always works with me on quantities, paper changes, etc., and their bids are VERY competitive. They are dependable and will always come through for me when I'm in a pinch! I HIGHLY recommend them. read more

I am not at all happy with this company. First off, I order 5000 postcards. I was first quoted $164. When I actually placed the order I asked if there was anyway I could get the postcards back by Friday which was two days from the order date (since the company I usually order from I am able to pick up the postcards the following day). Jose (my rep) told me there was an extra charge to get a rush on the order. The order was not ready until Monday at 6pm. When I go to pick up the postcards only half of my order was completed. On the up side they did mail the rest of my order so I didn't have to drive back down there. On the down side, when I asked my rep if I would be refunded or credited for the hassle and not receiving my order on time he told me they could credit $20. I emailed Jose explaining that I paid $36 for the rush job and I didn't even receive the complete order for over a week after I ordered it. I expected to receive at the least a credit for $36. I have called and emailed Jose. I even spoke with another representative Brett who assured me Jose will get back to me. It's been over 3 days and I have not had a return call or email from Jose. Credit or not, I probably will stick with the company I already use. Plus I found out there 2-4 day turn around is cheaper than AmericasPrinter anyway. read more

Since 2007 I've been using America's Printer for all my company's needs including lookbooks, NY fashion week programs, postcards, and die-cut POP. AmericasPrinter deserves 5+ stars. They completed a printing job for me last Christmas in record time. Last week I needed the proof from that same order. America's Printer does a GREAT job with the printing and quick turn around. But,what impresses me most is the level of customer care. My company is a relatively "small fish", but Jose and his team have always treated us like we're as much a priority as any of their gargantuan clients. Awesome production values combined with stellar customer service. You can't get much better. read more

Unreal. Tops the list of the worst customer service I've ever had. Like a lot of businesses, I had to have a print job complete before a crucial event. Long, long story short, I was unfortunately referred to them by someone I thought I could trust. My print job required a gloss coat. When the job arrived, we immediately noticed that the gloss coat was paper thin. I mean, if you just happen to rub two cards together, the gloss scuffed. They arrived scuffed and marked. That prompted us to test the gloss durability and even with the most delicate "scratch" against the surface, there were marks. In fact, I videotaped a comparison of what I received from Americas Printer vs another printer with nearly the same exact graphics and emailed it to them. They charged my credit card 10/3/12 and as of 10/19/12 the owner emailed me and said to return the entire job (thousands and thousands of cards) so that he can evaluate and decide if I'm worthy of a refund, despite viewing photos and a video. Meanwhile, this guy Artie (the owner) doesn't seem to comprehend how stressed out a guy in my position might be. This very expensive exhibit hinges upon receiving business cards and brochures in time. That's easy to understand...I thought. Not to Artie. He tells me I'm dramatic and that any surface will scratch if scratched hard enough. What? So now I'm lying and spending ridiculous amounts of time corresponding with his reps and him, spending double to expedite a print job from another company to get my cards in time....all just so that I can lie to him. I mean, totally crazy. There's no way this guy or company can last. The icing on the cake is his email where he condescendingly concludes, "...focus on your show...". This guy totally does not understand that the business card and brochures represent the company. Yet he's in the print business? As I wrote this, he emailed me: "we all know there are different people that walk the earth... and some relish in complaining... you are that client." If that's not a warning to you reading this...then go for it! Ha! read more

this was the worst business experience i have ever had in my entire life!!! not only did they get my first order wrong, but when the salesperson said they would replace the misprints at no cost to me. He then refused to return my calls and messages for months... When i then called to deal with the sales manager directly, he then gave me the run around for 3 weeks and could never give us any answers eccept that after 3 weeks we needed to talk to the owner. After leaving 3 messages with the illusive owner and receiving no return call i then proceeded to call the sales manager back and he said that the owner had confirmed with him that we had spoken already and the problem was handled.... hmmmmmmmm.. 3 days later the sales manager called me and told me that they decided not to re run the misprinted flyers and that we were just going to have to eat the cost... But it doesnt end there... we decided to give them more business (which was very stupid of us i know) and after 2 weeks of back and forth calls on what was actually a reprint with simple changes, they still got the proofs wrong!!! and charged us $20 more than we were quoted on the job!! they should change the name to "americas WORST printer" read more

Americas Printer is the most difficult and upsetting company I have ever worked with. This company will say anything they need to, to get your money, but they will only do what they want to do, and once they have it. You better hope that what you order, is what you receive as they will not accommodate to fix any errors in a realistic manner. The incorrect job that I received has not been resolved yet, and it has been over 6 weeks, and over 3 since I have heard from them, despite my countless attempts to contact them. Not only that, I think I would get a better price at Kinkos. The fact that this company is still in business is shocking as their ethics and customer service are that of a super villain working at the DMV. I feel like political campaign ads are more honest. I would sooner hand write anything I want printed than use Americas Printer ever again, and if I find out that a company uses Americas Printer, I will not be shopping there either. read more
