I had to go back 4 times because the prints we're never ready on time. On top of this on our wedding day we learned that there was another mistake and they didn't print a memorial sign that was to honor my dad who had passed away. The prints that were successful were beautiful but I just wouldn't take the stress the entire process was. There were 2 other ladies who were very kind and helpful I believe her name was Gloria? I wish we had worked with them instead.

The quality of our booklets was so noticeably better compared side by side to our previous printer's work, that I had no idea that they could look so clean and uniform. My previous booklet order was placed at a big box store and a few years prior to that I had hired another local print shop. Print N Save had a much better price-point in both instances and provided much better-quality booklet. The two members of their staff that I worked with were super patient, helpful and very professional. They pointed out things I had not considered which really worked in our favor. They kindly emailed to remind me to submit a final copy and also explained the payment process. The printing was completed before the quoted timeframe. I was polite, soft-spoken, and had all of my QR codes ready on my phone. Because two of the items were identical, there was minor confusion over which code matched which item. Instead of offering basic retail assistance, the young male associate chose to publicly berate, humiliate, and belittle me in front of other arriving customers. When I asked him to please not speak to me that way, he escalated his hostility, explicitly telling me, "Look lady, you're making my job hard!" He continued to mock me and essentially call me stupid, even after I calmly explained that I was elderly, going through severe family and personal medical crises, and simply needed a moment of assistance. He offered zero help, leaving my highly sensitive personal medical return items completely exposed on the counter while he ignored me and berated my intelligence until I was brought to tears. When I finally received my receipt and asked for his name so I could speak to management, he exclaimed, "We don't give out associates' names." Looking at other Yelp reviews for this location, it is clear that disrespect and customer abuse are a systemic pattern here. To the owner of this franchise: check your security cameras for Wednesday, July 29, 2026, around 9:45 am.
