I had not been back after many years as a regular customer until today. To say my SUV was dirty would be an understatement. I spent $55 on a complete wash and detail. Worth every penny. Vehicle looks brand new. I could not be more pleased. I read some negative reviews about the price but in this case you get what you pay for. I used to come here all the time to get my car cleaned. It used to be efficient and nice staff and a wonderful job well done. Other people in my family would go in as well. They got new management, and ever since it's been a wreck, not just for me but my family members as well. No matter what you pay for you get the same work done, there's always smudges or things not fully cleaned. The staff inside while you wait aren't professional. and it takes so much longer than it used to. i'm very understanding when it's crowded and there's a line, but i shouldn't be waiting hours for my vehicle to only be somewhat cleaned. it's disappointing and i wish they were how they used to be. read more

Lots of management changes happening still my go to die a occasion wash. I used to have a membership but to die to a lot of errors in billing I now pay as I go. A external wash runs $12 through the automatic wash/dryer. Wait times can be long so need to try your luck at when you arrive. read more

I paid $40 for the platinum service and the front and back if my truck looked as if it hadn't been touched at all. They used an extreme amount of tire shine. There was water spots everywhere. I was quite surprised they no longer offer a military discount. I won't be using this location again read more

Horrible customer service the man started off saying that there prices are over priced and that is why they were empty that should have been a clue to leave but we had been here 2 times before with no issues but today I payed 38 bucks for a regular wash I see him driving my truck through the washer so I go wait at the near by restaurant and order some food to go it takes about 30 minutes I walk back to where my truck is and it is just running still looking dirty and no one in sight finally this guy came up and I asked why is my truck just sitting here running he said I don't know so I complained about it still looking dirty so he said I will take it through again and I watched him wash it down with soap and then he said it is too big to fit through the washer what I asked for my money back the guy in charge refused and told me to never come back like I did something wrong I reported them to BBB and will dispute the charges I should have known when he talked bad about the company he worked for he didn't give two hoots about them or me or my truck Customer service down the drain read more

How sad to loose the best car wash around to poor management. We used to love this car wash. They had a lot of good people working to clean cars and do the detail work. Now they are super short staffed. This is a new issue for them in mid 2022 as new management has derailed this business. Today I waited for over 20 minutes just to get the car checked in. They told me it may be more than an hour to get the wash. True enough, it took over an hour on a Tuesday mid-afternoon. It wasn't very busy, but their staff moved slow as snails. I told the old buddy at the counter while I was paying that they were slower than usual and she said we aren't slow, we only have a few people working compared to over 22-25 people normally. My response was, that must be the reason they are slower now and we have long waits; to which she responded again that they weren't slow. Prices have changed drastically- they now have an exterior plus an interior fee. I paid $55. $25 of it was an interior cleaning. When I went to get my car it wasn't even vacuumed!!!! I get that they may not have enough staff. They are quick to charge though. I do not believe I will be returning here. I was told it would take 20-25 minutes and it's over an hour now because I spoke to the manager and he said that he would take care of it. Nice guy but still I don't have time now to get a bite to eat before going to work. I spent 1 hour and 53 minutes at this car wash today. Arrived at 8:15. Got my ticket at 9:00. I finally told the manger I had been there for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Finally got out of there at 9:53. There was a time when their service was goo. i called to ensure the eye were opened Drive to get my car washed etc and once I got there the young man said oh it's only exterior wash. I asked why didn't they tell me this when I callEd. I went back home and decided to come back at 0800. I like this car wash place that is located across the street from Home Depot. For $9 you can get the Gold wash where you stay in your car and get a full wash with tire shine and blow dry at the end. You can spend about $30 if you want their employees to take your car while you wait inside their building. They have a lot of up-sell items inside to occupy your time while you wait. They will hand dry and clean the inside if you want these types of additional cost features. They have other auto related services they can tell you about when you go inside. They offer monthly unlimited car wash plans too! The wait was about 10 minutes with about 7 cars in front of me. They seem to keep the lines moving fairly quickly while still giving each customer good service. They will spray and soap up your vehicle by hand before it enters the drive thru wash. This helps get any bugs or other extra dirty spots clean that the machine might otherwise miss. There are not too many other car washed in the area, so I am happy this business is here. I have been here several times with all types of vehicles and always had a good experience. I will continue to come back here as needed. For the price this place is great! It is a car wash and you get what you pay for; a clean car, haha. If you want a complete detail or a paint correction then expect to pay big bucks. read more

From the best to the worst! I had the monthly for years but stopped going about a year ago when they started losing their best employees. Started again at the end of July and going to cancel today. Terrible Wash plus the wait on the front end is ridiculous. Overall it takes an hour or more. Going back to Mod Wash And it's 7 miles closer. The Wash is better but I have to do my own vacuuming and final drying although they supply all materials I went back today and it was such an improvement. I changed my rating to a 3. I would have given them a 5 except one Wash doesn't mean it is their new standard. I will go again next week to see if the improved level continues! read more

I just had my car washed and they did a poor job. I had to ask the young woman to wipe my car inside and she wipped one side and not the whole car she completely ignored me. The car wasn't even vacuum correctly. I will have to go home and clean my car. I should've paid six dollars just to have the car washed outside somewhere else...it's not worth it. The crew did a nice job cleaning up my Jeep Grand Cherokee and removing all the pollen caked on the exterior and vacuuming up the dirt and nastiness in the interior. It looks like a new car now. It's not perfect but 100% better than it was before they cleaned it! read more

First time I brought my car in it was just two months old from the dealership. Went in for a car wash and the car came out with the front bumper scratched on the front right. I went to go retrieve it and the guy that does final while down blocked the area so I wouldn't see it. But didn't make sense as to why he did that until I got home. I figured the car wash would make up some excuse as to not fix the issue. A couple months later now I go in for a wash and I ask the guy whatever package I have to do to make sure it comes out good. The guy said gold will do it. They barely whipped the dash, windows are marked, front bumper looks the same. Pretty much just moved the dirt around. The car was sitting at the front "done" for 15 min apparently. I wouldn't know because no one let me know. When I get to the car I'm told wait let me while the back window.... After the car has been sitting as "done" for 15 min now is when they want to clean the rear window? 45 min wash was not worth it at all. read more

This was my first time visiting this car wash, and I'm really disappointed with the quality of the work. I paid $28 for a full-service wash, including vacuuming, etc. They did an okay job on the inside of the car, and the people were friendly, hence the two stars. But the exterior wash was incredibly poor. Big blobs of bird poop left on the car in several places, and my vehicle is white, so it was super-obvious. Leaves were still embedded in the door cracks. I've had better washes for $5 at automated outfits at gas stations. I won't be back. read more

i asked the cost for premium service, they said the best one was for 27.95, i think. I said go for it. when i got the car back it still had dead bugs in the grill area, water spots, dirt and grimes were there. There was no one to complain, told person wiping the car, he asked someone tot come help. He said this was the best can be done. He did tried to clean some. but what they said, premium was not. They didn't vacuum the car, car was not washed properly. I would not go again. I am from California with BMW X3, it was one of the worse jobs for what they called the premium service. read more

Just moved to the area, and was referred to this car wash by many people. I have the monthly platinum wash on both my vehicles. I typically go twice a week in each car. Customer service is always great. They are very detailed and you get what you pay for.(want your car detailed, pay for a detail. Car wash is car wash).. I keep my cars detailed and in perfect shape, so it is easy to clean them. I never mind the wait because it beats me doing it myself in 90 degrees. They make the experience enjoyable. If I could I would not give even one star. While they have 2 lanes obviously they only have one wash area so I noticed that the drivers before me were taking turns between lanes, right common sense. But, no... the driver on my right insisted on going ahead while I was still moving. So, no it was my turn you'd think. All of sudden an employee comes out and starts screaming at me that the cameras show the driver to my right was there first... "Oh," I said "So it's not taking turns like everyone else was doing?" The employee "NO! IT'S FIRST COME FIRST SERVE AND HE WAS FIRST" "Ok." I said. And, left. I'd rather invest my money at another car wash with better customer service than here. The staff is great. They do a great job with my car never had an issue with them. The monthly plan that I have can not be beaten for the service they provide. A few days ago a car broke down on the track. Jeremy, the Regional manager told me I could pull out of line and have my car hand wash. But I had the guys work on the inside 1st. Car was pulled out and Jeremy told me to pull my car in so that I would be 1st in line. The best car wash in the area hands down. The line moves quickly and they do a good job. I came during the week on my lunch break and was in and out in 20 minutes with about 6 cars ahead of me in the line. For the exterior wash, interior vacuumed and wiped down and rims and tires shined up it was $22. read more

So let me pre-face by saying I've been coming here for years I bring all my vehicles here I've been doing it for a while now. Three times ago I took my pickup in and when they finished there was splotches on the dashboard. I brought the attention to the manager and he and a worker spent about 20 minutes trying to figure out what was on the dash. Eventually they got what they could and the dash look somewhat presentable. A few weeks goes by and Me thinking that my last visit was a fluke because it was one out of 3+ years take my truck back in . Like I predicted the truck came out super clean super shiny everything was looking great. Today I took my truck in again not even thinking that it would be an issue and it came out with splotches again. I brought it to the managers attention who's name is Junior I believe, and his response was you had this issue last time. He said I'm not gonna spend 20 minutes trying to clean something that was already there. I asked him if he was worried about the time or the customer service?
