Trashy! Granted the location in Laurel, MD is a bit run down too but they have decent food and for the most part good customer service. In comparison, this Upper Marlboro location is TERRIBLE! Had my mouth set for some Hot old bay wings and was extremely disappointed by the food quality and customer service displayed (cashier failed to give me a receipt) The interior seems pretty clean but the Wings were FAR from that! I have never seen so many feathers on chicken as I did yesterday. Just the thought of it makes me mad that the "cook" saw these uncleaned wings and still decided to fry them up and serve them. Then to add to it ALL ABWs show you your food before bagging it, the "chef" hid the feathers and I didn't notice them until the wings were turned over. They need to change their grease! the fries were overcooked and drenched in oil YUCK. How do you mess up frozen fries *insert eye roll* NEVER AGAIN will I come to this place! I am a wing fanatic! There aren't a ton of great wing joints in the DMV. I used to like Duffy's in DC because they were unique in grilling the wings with old bay. With that said, this place has the best Ghost Pepper wings in my opinion. They have a great dry rub and I also like their Nuclear wings - big spice freak! However, their quality control is all over the place. Sometimes I have 5 star wings and they're the best. Sometimes I have 2 star wings that are barely seasoned. To their credit - they show you the food when you pick up. Bad side - when the wings aren't properly seasoned, they take the wings back to the kitchen and just put more season on the wings without properly tossing with what I believe is a butter base. This place is hit or miss. I frequent this place because of the ceiling for their wings, but I oftentimes leave disappointed. read more

The staff was friendly and professional, ordering can be somewhat complicated with the many combinations of sauces for the wings. I just ordered a steak and cheese sandwich with everything on it. The taste was good, could have enjoyed a little more meat and cheese. I did not call ahead for my order so my wait was brief. If I return I'll need to order the wings. When we got home, we quickly realized the wings were completely inedible. The wings are awful!They just taste like salt. So salty they CANNOT be eaten. They are going directly in the trash. Completely and utterly awful. So bad that my mother was so angry that she even called back just to complain about the taste of the wings. Today my husband and I went to get Club wraps, which was supposed to be ham & turkey and anything club I've had always included bacon. Look elsewhere!!! I LOVE wings. This place was TERRIBLE. Old, dry gas station quality wings at a sitdown restaurant price. $1.50/wing is the base price. I prefer my wings to be tender and juicy on the inside, crisp skin and saucy on the outside. These sad, pathetic wings were dry and tough on the inside, rubbery dry skin with no sauce whatsoever. Even worse, on top of the already high prices they charge $1 for a tiny tub of Ken's blue cheese and $2(!!!!) for celery. I assumed those were for add-on, extra blue cheese and extra celery. I mistakenly assumed that an order of 10 wings for $13 would include blue cheese and celery. BUT NO not at America's Worst Wings. A base order of 10 wings that includes blue cheese and celery will be $2/wing for some sad, sad, dry, rubbery wings. I've given this place many, many chances, but it's time to let them go. While I have had several good experiences with both customer service and food quality, it is too inconsistent to keep taking those chances. One big issue is that their cashiers have no idea what the hell they're doing. Once, I asked what the cost would be for me to add shrimp to my grilled fish salad. The young lady wanted to just charge me for two complete salads: a salad with shrimp AND a salad with fish. When I told her that no way that was right, she replied "well, that's what it is!" I obviously didn't get that, but gave other chances. It's okay not to know everything, but they won't even check!!! Then, yesterday, I decided to get a fish wrap. The cashier asked what kind of cheese I wanted. That was it. Imagine my surprise at my $8.00+ sandwich was just a small piece of fish with one slice of cheese on a small wrap. Nothing else.
