Bait and switch. First they didn't honor the Yelp reward next the room didn't look like the pictures online. Finally it smelled so bad we had to just leave and find another place. The room that smelled the entire hall up had a tower down by the door and the window was open so they tried to place us next to this room. Never go here. Bedding had marks on it also. This place isn't a hotel. It's a roach motel. People smoke and party all hours of the night. Dogs barking in other rooms. Roaches crawling on walls and in bath tub. Don't let their pics they've posted on apps. It's trash and not worth what they charge. Usually step on one or two roaches when I wake up. I will never stay here again. read more

Definitely a bait and switch hotel!!!! First off the rooms don't look anything like the pictures unless you're in "building 2". The second you walk in, there are dead crickets EVERYWHERE- which they tell you to ignore - "they're there because it's so hot outside!!" Nothing a broom and dust pan can't fix! Then our "updated" room smelled so much like weed that my son with asthma was having trouble breathing! I was followed by a random guy and watched by another one as we made our way to our room. Both rooms were DISGUSTING!!!!! I pulled back the bed sheets on ALL beds to see stained sheets and body fluid marks on all the pillows!!! the "upgraded" room was soooo dirty! Looks like the floor hasn't been mopped in weeks, the desk still had food stains and the sheets had black marks on them! I immediately told the front desk I wasn't staying there and wanted my refund in full. They told me I needed to call expedia. I called Expedia and they took care of everything right away and said that the hotel agreed on a full refund with no penalty charges, I told them what Expedia said and I have proof!!! I then received ANOTHER unauthorized charge on my card and when I asked what it was for, Ricky said it was because I pulled back all the bed sheets!!!! This is where my attitude went to full mama bear mode!!!!! How in the hell am I going to let myself and my son sleep in that filth, of course I'm checking for bed bugs!!!! He asked me to show him the reason I didn't want to stay and we went to the room and I showed him how disgusting it was and then he said "oh I really need to talk to my housekeeping!" This was the only hotel in the area so I had to stay here, I looked at the reviews and they definitely got me worried. We stayed in the newer area that got remodeled which was I think the remodeling was maybe the bathroom counter and the dresser stand and tv stand. The most complaints I saw were about cockroaches, and bedbugs, but I didn't see any and the bed. The hotel felt dirty.There was one bug in one of the towels, but didn't see bugs anywhere else. The bathroom smelled like smoke. This is definitely not somewhere you want to stay but it's not as bad as long as you get one of the newer remodeled rooms. I wouldn't want to stay here more than just a night and even that feels too long. read more

The hotel is dated for sure. The check in process was lengthy but the rooms were easy to find. Upon walking in the building you are hit with the strong smell of cigarette smoke. My rooms are non smoking and fortunately do not have the same smell. The room is very dim but overall looks clean. This was the only hotel available in the area and it appears to be a full house. I would not choose to stay here again but it will get us by for the event we are attending. read more

Initially when u enter the lobby, you would guess that this is a pretty decent place. I booked online for a week stay. My room stunk bad, bathroom disgusting, carpet needs a good cleaning, the covers smelled also, stains on the walls. i woke up the next morning covered with bit marks all over my body and face. i went to the hospital because i was allergic to the bites. I went to the front desk, and they were so nonchalant about their bed bug problem. There were other ppl in other rooms complaining about the bed bugs also. They moved me to the front building where she explained its newly remodeled. And indeed that one and only building is totally different from the others. This place need new management bad. read more

I called the day of check in and I told themi would be delayed due to travel plan changes. When I got to check in no one was at the check in area. The lobby was closed and there was a cell phone number written on a sticky note on the window that said "call me if i'm not back yet". I called the young lady's cell phone and she said she was coiming down stairs. I had to sit outside in the cold weather until she finally came down. She looked like she had been asleep and I wouldnt blame her since it was late into the night, however, this may not be the right job for you. The hallways to get to the room where dirty and worst of all my room had roaches everywhere! In the shower, by the sink, my my bedside table. It was disgusting. My arrival was late and i was drained, tired and exhausted. The cleaning staff kept knocking my door since 10am the following morning to see if i was still there. WHY?! Why if my checkout was at 11am, I was unable to go back to sleep. Please DO NOT rent here! Its not worth the $7 I saved on Expedia over another hotel. read more

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I guess I was lucky I was in the remodeled side but it stuck so bad we needed to buy air freshener. I forgot my keys in the room. You would have thought they could have called us & we could have gotten them . Found out after I got home called them & they said they had them & I would need to call manager - which I did 4 times never a return call . I asked if they could take them just around the corner to the ups store I told them I would pay them . They were just stupid or did not really care . They gave us 1 cup of coffee & 1 soap had to share between short & hands . I did get an Uber driver to pick up keys & take them to the ups store . Never again will I go back there. Extremely disappointed & will not be returning. Not only was the service subpar but the room was littered with living & dead BUGS!!! The walls were Covered in the the remains of bugs killed by previous guests. Obviously neglected by the staff the room stunk of carcasses of the dead bugs. The bed was so uncomfortable & hard. Unlivable conditions. We were unable to stay due to the simple fact that the room was obviously neglected for quite some time. I will never return & will advise others to steer clear. The only hotel that had rooms available in a 40 mile radius because of a big event. Suffered multiple bed bug bites on my legs, back, arms and neck. This hotel is beyond nasty. A lack of overall cleanliness, look behind the nightstand and you can tell it's been years since they cleaned there. Dirty and stained towels and bedsheets which smell of urine. The comforter on the bed smells like crap literally. The window would not lock because there was no lock or screen on it from ground level. We had multiple rooms and 5 of them were infested. The manager didn't call me back so I made a report to the health department. That night when we got in I demanded to change rooms while others decided to sleep in their car. The manager called the police on us saying we were disparaging his hotel to other guests and lied saying he had reports that our team members were using drugs but couldn't back it up and the police found no evidence of it so I'm sure it was in retaliation for calling the health department on him. Yes we were rightfully upset but after a 13 hour day we wanted to eat and try to get some sleep before going in at 6 am to work. The manager didn't like something that was said so he asked the police to evict us from the property giving us 15 minutes. This was at 11:30pm and it took us until 1:30am to book rooms over 50 miles away in a clean hotel. This was by far the worse experience we have ever been put through. Some team members had to throw away their clothing to prevent spreading bedbugs to their homes and children. Another complaint I received from my team was the breakfast area. The manager stared down at each person seemingly trying to intimidate them from getting a second piece of toast or refilling a glass of orange juice. They described his behavior as most uncomfortable. Personally I would avoid staying at this location and would gratefully sleep in my car if this was the only choice. read more

The bath tub had a giant spider with a web from one end to the other, the shower head didn't even spray, the a.c. froze up over night so we woke up to a very hot room, no WiFi as advertized, and no breakfast.
