Room was not vacant when I moved in. Roaches had already booked and have been staying here from what it looks like for over a year.

This place isn't a hotel. It's a roach motel. People smoke and party all hours of the night. Dogs barking in other rooms. Roaches crawling on walls and in bath tub. Don't let their pics they've posted on apps. It's trash and not worth what they charge. Usually step on one or two roaches when I wake up. I will never stay here again.

The hotel is dated for sure. The check in process was lengthy but the rooms were easy to find. Upon walking in the building you are hit with the strong smell of cigarette smoke. My rooms are non smoking and fortunately do not have the same smell. The room is very dim but overall looks clean. This was the only hotel available in the area and it appears to be a full house. I would not choose to stay here again but it will get us by for the event we are attending.

Initially when u enter the lobby, you would guess that this is a pretty decent place. I booked online for a week stay. My room stunk bad, bathroom disgusting, carpet needs a good cleaning, the covers smelled also, stains on the walls. i woke up the next morning covered with bit marks all over my body and face. i went to the hospital because i was allergic to the bites. I went to the front desk, and they were so nonchalant about their bed bug problem. There were other ppl in other rooms complaining about the bed bugs also. They moved me to the front building where she explained its newly remodeled. And indeed that one and only building is totally different from the others. This place need new management bad.

My wife and I were trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of raising three small children in…read morea Big City, and we found the perfect little place to do it in Brenham, TX. This little inn is perched at the top of a hill just far enough away from town to feel like you are way out in the country, but close enough that you could drive down the road for a midnight taco if you're feeling peckish. The house itself smells of lavender and whatever gourmet delight the owner has cooked up today. It is warmly decorated without being garishly "country," and the room we stayed in (Sage) was very comfortable with it's high ceilings and friendly colors. The shower in our room was spacious, although the shower head was mounted quite low (if I had to pick at nits, this would be my only complaint). The bed was wide and soft (I should caution you about the risk of slipping into a mid-afternoon coma if you lay on it after a big meal). We signed up for the cooking class with Pamela Murski and it was an absolute delight. She is so friendly and fun to be with. The instruction was very low-pressure, as she walked us through the preparation of a 5 course meal, supplying great advice on technique and plenty of interesting stories about the food, the (very fresh!) ingredients, and her experiences. The food was amazing, and for this one day, it was easy to forget about the cares of the big bad world out there and focus on good food and the people you are with. I think that is exactly why we came - and I wish we didn't have to leave.

Pamela is an excellent hostess and she makes sure that you have everything you need. We found this B&B when we were looking for an elopement package. We are having a big wedding next year but wanted to do something just for the two us before then. Pamela ensured everything was taken care of for the ceremony and that our day was special. We didn't have to worry about anything, we got married by the gazebo, drank wine on the porch and ate an outstanding meal prepared by Pamela. Dinner consisted of homemade soup, Sheppard's pie made with lamb, venison and ground pork with twice roasted mashed potatoes on top and for desert we had an apple pie sort of dish with Blue Bell ice cream on top. To die for!! We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the features of the B&B but unfortunately we had to go back to Houston. We will definitely be back for a weekend of R&R soon!!
