First, as we pulled up to the very easy to find hotel, the grounds were well manicured, clean and appeasing to the eyes. Walking into the lobby, the artwork, décor, sounds and aroma all were saying WELCOME and You made the right decision staying here! Then the very personable, helpful and friendly staff confirmed it even more! The check-in process was fast, pleasant and enjoyable (Bet you haven't used that word with a hotel check-in in a while.). The room matched all else we'd seen so far. The linen was fresh, clean and nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great bed! The next morning, the breakfast was quite good. I loved the Texas shaped waffles with the huge heart in them. The rest of the food was really good and even more so for a smaller motel in a smaller town!

I learned to shoot guns, load all different types of rifles, snipers and pistols as well as do an entire shooting course that i got timed on. Amazing. Not to mention every other activity that was available from volleyball to spikeball to swimming and fishing and an whole plethora of diverse wildlife that i never imagined id get the chance to see in person.
