It makes such a difference to find a dentist, dental hygienist and staff who didn't make me feel like just another patient, but treated me with such kindness that I always felt I was in the best hands. I've been coming to Clearly Cares for a few years and am thrilled to see them expand to their current space on Elston. It's a beautiful, spacious clinic with large, modern, quiet exam rooms with new, comfortable chairs. There are flat screen TVs on the wall *and* on the ceiling with speakers on the chair headrests which allow you to hear whatever you are watching. At the beginning of your appointment they ask you if you'd like to stream something on Netflix. Why doesn't every office use technology like this to make their patients more comfortable? It's very relaxing to watch a nature program for example, during a routine exam or cleaning. When I've had a concern, question or request, it's always been handled in the most respectful and courteous way. I've really felt safe and cared for at this office. I'm sure this would be the case if I ever had a serious issue and recommend anyone with dental concerns or who is nervous about going to the dentist come here.

Person on the phone was rude when I misunderstood their confusing email from Dec 2023. "We will be updating our contract status with MetLife effective January 16, 2024, to use a third-party administrator to process claims as in-network. Your preventative care (i.e. cleanings, x-rays, exams) will still be fully covered and we will send a pre-authorization for any treatment that isn't covered at 100%" This statement implies they are still going to process them as in-network and will be fully covered. However, to MetLife they are out of network and will not provide full coverage. Went here for years. This was the last straw. Never going back.

In addition to having a few dental issues, I also have dental anxiety, which causes me to ask a million questions :) Dr. Mullarkey is always patient, compassionate and thorough. She makes me feel at ease because I'm confident I'm in good hands. Lastly, the office staff is great. They are friendly and organized and were able to get me in last minute today because I had some tooth sensitivity. I will continue to stick with Dr. Mullarkey and Cusp Dental even though I have to drive 30 minutes to get to their office. I'd definitely recommend them.
