I have had an array of procedures from multiple cavities, pulled teeth, crowns, root canals and most recently, Invisalign. Prior to coming here, I had a few bad experiences at the dentist and have always been very apprehensive. He is very gentle and thorough with the numbing process and frequently checks in to make sure the pain is under control and that you cannot feel anything. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and the importance of your oral health. I am a third of the way done with Invisalign and everything is moving slowly but surely. I have felt very informed throughout the whole process thus far. His staff is also phenomenal - very friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job at scheduling and limiting the wait times in the waiting room. I will say, early morning appointments are best because he is very busy. All in all he deserves 5 stars or more. He is meant to be a dentist & i'm so glad my family found him.

Not sure what the negative reviews are about, but I had a great experience! It was easy to get an appointment and the staff were nice and friendly. The male Dr Yosef (John) was great! Very personable and I couldn't believe that my root canal didn't hurt! The first one I had was at a different practice and it was terrible!! So painful and made me postpone this one for years! He was kind and gentle and even the shots of novacaine to numb my mouth were painless. The procedure took a little over an hour and I couldn't be happier. The cost was more than I was expecting but that's due to my insurance, not them. I have to go back in two weeks and I actually don't mind.

I would give more upon my second visit if I could. Dr. Nidal Obeid. AMAZING. This man is so knowledgeable and explained the different options to me AND my daughter so that we clearly understood everything. Ok, so I get a call from my daughter's school that her tooth chipped at school. It was a filling from when her tooth was previously broken. This was around noon, ok? Ok. So I immediately call and they tell me we need an evaluation on what needs to be done. Ya know.. like cap, crown, whatever because I am not a dentist and they can't guess on the phone. They got her in that day at 5:30 for the evaluation. I pick my daughter up and we skip gymnastics to go there. She is hysterical. Her tooth is chipped and sharp.. she's hungry but terrified to eat and some genius adult told her she may need her tooth removed and a fake one put in.. so anyways- we start the drive. About 45 minutes. We get there early but went in anyways to check in. We were almost an hour early and they saw us for the evaluation IMMEDIATELY. Like we sat less than 5 minutes. My daughter is terrified. She's 9 with a VERY broken front top tooth -like broken in half- that she thinks has to be removed. The dental assistant was nice, she did the xrays and doctor was right in. He calmed my daughter immediately. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and told us what our next steps were... Like the whole plan.. like what to do immediately, when she should get braces, and the steps with her tooth even beyond that. Not only did he evaluate what had to be done, he did it right then. Her tooth was fixed and BEAUTIFUL before we were even scheduled to be there. He is an amazing dentist. Truly cares about his patients. My daughter was so happy I was almost in tears. It looked better than it had looked before she broke it. She was smiling and making snapchat and tiktok videos the whole way home to show it off. So overall: got us in same day, saw us early, did more than expected, and did an AMAZING job.

Perhaps they are fill in or relief DDSs but I don't know for sure. The cleanings are always gentle but it is really off putting and nerve wracking that I have been going to this dentist for the past several years, and yet it is rare that I see the same doctor twice. Shouldn't there be an effort with the scheduling system to set you up with the doctor who is most familiar with the patient? I even used Zocdoc and requested by name to see Dr. Obeid and was set with someone I had never seen before and wasn't notified about it either. I just wish there was some consideration for consistency with care in regards to the doctor. Also, on more than one occasion when I scheduled online and even over the phone for a cleaning - they scheduled me / allowed me to schedule on a day when there were only orthodontists in and thus couldn't do any cleanings for me. So... yeah. That should also be fixed.

Dr. Koch is very aware of your pain from many procedures and will make you comfortable as possible. She also is a perfectionist which I love! She won't shame you into not doing a procedure which I appreciate. She identifies issue which will be a problem if you let it go too long.
