Absolute pleasure! We have three south-facing walls, each…read morewith massive 15 foot-tall Fleetwood pocket doors that operate with a motor. Recently, the belt on one of the doors shredded when I closed it! In an absolute panic I called Kenny who explained he could get his crew out to look at the belt and inspect the other two doors. His crew, Casey, Jason, and JT all arrived on time and eager to resolve my situation. I was lucky, they happened to have a belt on their work truck and were able to install it on the door that same day. They went on to inspect my other two doors and showed my husband and I where the belt on a second door was starting to shred as well. So, we ordered that belt and they came out a week later to install. Angela handles all the billing and was a pleasure to work with as well. I was able to pay using Zelle which made the whole process seamless for me.

*Pro Glass is First Class*…read more Have you ever had an unknown inconsiderate hack golfer hit a golfball so badly it broke your sliding glass door? And they didn't leave a note? Well it happens...and if it hasn't happen to you yet, I still recommend Hugo and Pro Glass. My Dad's vacation home was the victim. A realtor contacted him about this expensive bad news. Dad asked me to take care of the repair because he's out of the state right now. Yelp & Hugo to the Rescue: Searched about 20 different companies here on Yelp and compared it to their Google reviews. I narrowed it down to 4...and decided to go with Pro Glass. Glad I did because the entire process was seamless. After my first call to Hugo, he called me back immediately and arranged for his guys to go to the home ASAP for measurements and a quote. Within less than an hour & 1/2, Hugo texted me with a very reasonable and competitive quote. All this without me needing to be at the property. When I made the decision to go with Pro Glass, Hugo informed me that it'll take 3-5 business days for the glass to arrive, and required a 50% deposit, which was Zelle'd to him immediately. (paying cash will save you credit card processing fees = $70 in our case) The glass arrived in 4 days. We arranged to have it installed the next morning, and he'll text me when his guys where on the way to the property, so I can meet them and give them access inside the home. Oscar & Ivan arrived a few minutes before me and were already removing the shattered glass door outside the house -- they cleared & cleaned up every little speck from the ground. Not only are they punctual and professional, they're both super nice hard workers. Such great attitudes too, while doing hard labor in 100+ degrees in this humid summer heat. The glass was installed into the sliding door. Everything is back to normal. Looks & feels like new. They stand behind their work with an extended manufacture warranty for 4 years, and also 3-months guarantee from Hugo for their work performed by Pro Glass. I highly recommend Pro Glass & Mirrors for all of your interior & exterior home needs. They run an extremely tight ship shop. {{{Big~High~5}}} Walk-off Grandslam

This response is from the owner's son, Anthony -- not "Bernard." We chose California Window & Door…read morespecifically because your company had previously completed the same window and door work on an identical model of our home, so the scope of work should not have come as a surprise to your team. The "custom tile repair" became necessary only because your installers damaged and broke tiles during the installation process. During the pre-contract consultation, we were explicitly told that no tile work or revisions would be required. Final payment was withheld because the doors were not functioning properly, and your team prevented the manufacturer from completing the warranty work that was required. There will always be issues that arise during a retrofit window and door installation. The true measure of a company's caliber and professionalism is how those issues are handled and resolved. Attempting to shift blame back onto the customer, rather than taking accountability and working toward a solution, reflects poor business practices.
