Levi called me back within minutes. He ended up talking with me for a good 15-20 minutes explaining everything about his company and what they do, how they charge, and the whole nine yards. After that conversation, I was confident that I wanted to go with Levi. He sent me the proposal/estimate the following morning. I was so impressed with everything at that point, I signed & sent back the agreement form right away. Levi then called me later in the day and scheduled our roofing to be done in the next 2 days. That had to be cancelled the day of installation (due to rain) and it was immediately rescheduled for the day after. All in all, our roof is absolutely beautiful. Service was outstanding. The few times I called Levi's cell phone, he answered instantly greeting me by name. He really made me feel like he appreciated our business. I can say, without a doubt, that Levi & Mueller Roofing will be our roofing company for any of our future needs.

From the moment I walked into this place through the first and the second installment, I was so flippin pleased that I can hardly contain myself. Let me first start out by saying, my husband and I initially went to a place called Momax in Merrillville with awful response service. We had to call numerous times, despite visiting them a second time since no email or calls were being replied to even after they said they would reach out. We finally gave up and searched for another local countertop company. [we have connects in Illinois, but wanted to keep it local] So glad we did and found Prestige!!! The second I walked in to Prestige Custom Stone, The front door staff were very friendly and helpful ...even their beautiful lab was friendly!! Debbie came out to the showroom & approached me asking what I was looking to do, once I explained what I was trying to acquire, she asked if I'd give her a lil time to do a search and she'd be back. Within about 15 minutes she came out with an elaborate hand written list of the quartz products that she felt would match my requests. She literally took the time to hand write these items!!! In addition, she gave me a list of vendors which carried the product & where I could visit to touch, see and choose the exact quartz. Soon as we walked out the door we were approached by a gentleman asking if we found everything we were looking for; I actually did have another question. He then directed me to another guy [the owner] who graciously answered my question & some, even with us interrupting his lunch. Thankfully it was noted the one item I had a sample of would not work in the area I was looking to have done. Hubs and I took a ride out to the vendors, found the PERFECT quartz and the deal was made. The fella who was measuring everything couldn't have been nicer and more precise in all his accuracy and suggestions. Super nice guy! The guys fabricating did an AMAAAAAAZING job on the counter matching all the veins perfectly with our requested mitered edges. Just awesome!! The crew installing the counters were exceptionally fun, nice, professional, clean, placing tarps everywhere and vacuuming and wiping every imaginable area that may have been affected. They did everything right even asking 'hows this, you good with this?" We then thought to ask if they were able to take our old counter pieces and fabricate the [2 pieces] accordingly to fit our newer laundry room cabinet tops. For a small fee, they 'Made The Old Counters Work' for this space!! We were so excited!! What would have otherwise been tossed out was wonderfully repurposed by these amazing people! I can't say enough about Prestige and will DEFINITELY be recommending them to EVERYBODY & ANYBODY who needs stone surface materials. Thank you Prestige...You ROCK!!! Rather than constantly…read moreworrying about the next leak I told Ryan that I wanted an entirely new roof that was warranted. He offered me 3 options and I took the most complete option that included a transferable warranty. Ryan pointed out why the roof was leaking and other flaws in the original construction. In addition to the roof, we replaced 4 skylights, added 2 ridge vents, and one soffit repair. Plus, we added a roof drip edge all around the roof which had not been installed originally. We also replaced 4 plywood boards that had water damage. We also changed the shingle color from black to dark brown. This was a major project during windy Spring weather. I watched the workers carefully and was impressed by everything that they did. This is not easy work and I appreciated their efforts. Total Roofing has some very large equipment and this helps them be efficient. Most of the roof and skylights were done in two days. Two smaller crews did the finishing work on two other days (maybe 2 hours each). I would certainly recommend them for any sort of roofing repair or replacement!

Just three months after moving in, we discovered mold and ongoing roof leaks. I reached out to Mortenson, and Andrew has been absolutely fantastic--responsive, helpful, and professional. Andrew immediately dismissed that idea, explaining that in most cases, the source of a leak *can* be found and repaired without resorting to an expensive full replacement. He quickly sent out his foreman, Julio, to evaluate the issue. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with--we're so glad we called him!
