If I'm being honest, my request was full on stanning, but I just really wanted Luka to know that I thought their work was beautiful and hoped we could work together. Days leading up to the appointment, Luka was very clear in their communication with me. The appointment itself was great. It was very nice to explore all kinds of topics with Luka, while quiet time was sweetly woven in. We even shared the lunch break together. I've been a loyal customer of Bella's Piercing since 2022. My partner and I first brought our…read morenewborn daughter here to get her ears pierced, and we were very impressed with the clean, professional, and welcoming environment. Since then, I've returned for my own piercings, including my navel and both nipples, and have recommended Bella's to friends. Recently, I discovered that my left nipple piercing was placed incorrectly. While my right side healed perfectly, the left has become uncomfortable causing soreness during normal activities like sleeping and wearing bras. Upon closer inspection, I noticed it sits too high through the middle of the nipple instead of at the base, which explains the discomfort. At the time of the piercing, a trainee was performing the work under the supervision of someone I believe was the owner or senior piercer, so this placement issue should have been caught and corrected immediately. I trusted the staff's expertise, and this oversight has created ongoing discomfort. I'm reaching out in hopes that management will contact me to discuss correcting the placement, ideally by re-piercing the left nipple at the base. I want to continue supporting and recommending Bella's, but it's important that this mistake is addressed professionally. Bella's has a history of excellent service, and I hope this situation can be resolved promptly and fairly.

He was super kind, regularly checked in on how I was doing, and overall just had such a positive vibe about him. The tattoo he drew up for me was custom drawn based on elements from reference photos I gave him and it was exactly as I had imagined it. He finished the work quickly while maintaining straight lines and fitting in all the details and shading. I had a great experience overall. I will say that Erin at the front desk was super helpful too. She was very direct when she spoke, so I can understand how (based on the other review for this shop) people may see her demeanor as rude or off putting. I think she's a genuine person who is very informative and helpful, she just doesn't use a fake customer service voice like everyone expects (or should I say, demands) these days. I saw her interact with plenty of clients while I was in the chair, and even watched her do a few piercings, and never once did she seem like she didn't want to help someone. She even came over to me while my tattoo was being finished up and complimented the design, then struck up a conversation about hair dye since we both use vibrants in our hair. So if you're deciding between shops to go to, I'd highly recommend these guys.
