William from Affordable Drain Solutions was responsive to my service requests for both indoor and…read moreoutdoor drain projects. He worked around my schedule to come at a time convenient for me to address the indoor basement bathroom drain clog and made arrangements for Alex to come at the same time to assess my outdoor garden/downspout drain issues. Alex explained my options for a solution and gave me a quote on the solution I requested. William completed unclogging my drain and, at my request, utilized his camera equipment to inspect my sewer line. He was thorough and patient and spent extra time explaining what the camera showed and made recommendations for addressing any future issues. I considered his work to be of high quality and a good value. I plan to utilize the team to address my outdoor drain issues in the next couple of weeks.
