They came out to the home at least 12 days ago and when you try to call them, NO ANSWER, NO CALLS BACK, NO NOTHING! This is devastating to my first time home buyer. His lender is having to hire another appraiser to get this closed at THEIR expense. I believe my client should get his money back from Miller & Associates. I'm not the only one this has happened to, obviously, as in trying to track them down I could their poor 1 star reviews here on Yelp. YIKES! They should probably lose their licenses. Mind you, it took DAYS for them to even send the report in. They appraised a house twenty thousand dollars under the asking price even though the comps on HIS report supported the asking price of the house. He valued the house well below the comps he pulled. He then refused to even discuss all of the updates done on the house that he did not account for. So a first time home buyer ended up wasting their money on an inspection and then his lousy appraisal. I have not seen any good reviews on Andy Miller Appraisals from Kentucky or from Tennessee. I do not recommend them at all.
