The quality of ingredients was fresh and top quality. The dog had perfect texture, flavor and was well cooked. The Fiesta dog was like a party for the tastebuds. The mixture of sweetness from the corn, savory cheese sauce and onions were punctuated by sharp little bites of heat from sauce or maybe peppers? The Place- looked very professional. Imagine a Dean and DeLuca that specialized in unique sodas, chips and other sundries. There were many items in there that I am confident can not be found anywhere else in NC or SC. I saw some HERR's baby back rib chips that hope to get back to visit. I forgot to get a milkshake but hear they are delicious. I also was dog focused, but the pizza looked good. Parking is available in about 5-6 spaces up front and I think this is more of a carry out place. I spoke to the owner - was very impressed. He is focused on excellence and it shows. Then had Scott from United Water Restoration Group come out and show us that we had absolutely NO high moisture readings in our walls or master bed. Only a small bit of moisture in the baseboard that we suspected. So glad we got a second opinion from these guys and that they were honest and so helpful, saved us thousands! They are telling us now after they have requested additional money from my insurance company several times, they can't come back and finish the job until May 12, 2025. It is very limited what we can do in our home at this time, due to their unprofessionalism and not completing the work professionally and in a timely manner. We have been extremely patient and courteous to this company , but now we are not receiving the same treatment, mind you they have already been paid for work that they have not completed. I haven't even been here for a whole year and if I could break my lease any sooner I would. Roach infestation, wasp issues, AC issues, they had pipes burst which caused multiple occasions of our water being turned off throughout the whole unit with no warning, NO ONE picks up their dog poop so the grounds are gross, unit has smelled like smoke since the first day I got here to the point that I spend over $30 a month on air fresheners to make sure my unit does not smell, maintenance walking into my unit without waiting for a response (I've had people walk in while I was naked). My most recent issue of roaches has been the most frustrating thing. I've sent in complaints and got no calls back to where I needed to walk into the office. There was supposed to be follow up but I haven't been communicated about it from the property manager at all. It's like as if they do not care that I have roaches in my apartment, There's no sense of urgency. They say they will communicate but they will not. They also say that they will "try" to work things out and make things right... I don't see it. Do not stay here if you actually want to live in a complex that is not always dirty, issues left and right, there's break ins with vehicles. It's just a complete disappointment. There are some maintenance staff that I believe do the best they can with what they have the ability to do but overall it's just not a good community to be apart of. I'm not happy I'll be moving yet again but I'm happy I'll be gone from here.

Meanwhile, the refrigerator was off too, and we were not about to lose all our food. We turned to Yelp. The reviews looked solid, so we called. They answered right away. A few minutes later, we got a text saying Daniel was on his way and would arrive in 16 minutes. And he did. We described the issue, he inspected the outlet, and removed the cover. The receptacle was cracked in five places, with melted and burned plastic. It was a dangerous mess that could have turned into a serious problem. Daniel replaced it, flipped the breaker, and everything came back to life. No more crackling. Coffee maker working. Fridge humming again. We are very happy with the service and have added Johnathon Brown Electric to our go-to list. If we have another electrical issue, they will be our first call.
