We contacted Gary and he came and looked at the decking and said they used the wrong bonding agent which is why it was peeling off. He said it would be fixed and that was 2 and a half years ago. We have tried reaching out to him multiple times with no solution and he has yet to fix the problem with the deck. this was a 30,000$ job for his company and they will not back the work that they did. Update as of 3/26…read more Things have overall been going good. A lot has been done and I would say we are about 80% done. There have been some concerns that I have brought up and Todd the owner came out to wither fix it or explain things to me. Becca who works in the office has been AWESOME!! She has been keeping us updated and letting us know when workers are coming. She for sure is a big asset at Thomas Pool. She also came on her own time to bring us our rock earlier before they installed it so that we could seal it with a special chemical sealer. I don't know to many places or people that do this. Now the only negative for me at this point was that at the beginning of this build I let Ryan and Becca know that I wanted things done right and not rushed like other pools builders may do, but I did ask for the pool to be completed by the end of March 2021 and it looks like we may be a couple of weeks past that which is kind if a bummer. Things were moving very smoothly even with Covid, however it seemed that after the holidays things really slowed down. I want to believe there is a reason for this, but it seems like there have been time with a 1 or 2 week gap were another job coukd have been going on. It also didn't help that the custom waterfall features we ordered had to come from Pentair who's factory that builds them were closed until January 14. So all in all with everything going on, it's been good I would say. The best work so far has been done by the tile guys and cement crew. The color we added to cement is called Omaha Tan. It looks much nicer in person I think. Here are the latest pictures as all the tile/rock work was completed yesterday 3/25. I will post again once quartz goes in and pool is completed and update my review and star rating as needed. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions.

Great communication, had to have my pump updated, they had companies that they work with and within a couple of days, I had a new pump with up to date technology, LOVE IT!!! Living out in the country, pools get hit hard with dirt and dust from the orchards and being a first time pool owner, I was on a roller coaster of maintenance issues, even a couple they were puzzled by but today, I'm happy to say that in the dead of winter...it looks great enough to jump in!!!! We paid for full service in chemicals and cleaning yet our pool was very rarely cleaned lately. Our equipment has been damaged by this company and we are now having to pay a new pool company to fix everything. Our new Pool company is also having to adjust the chemicals and get everything fixed because they were all out out of whack. I mentioned to Morgan that it would be appreciated if they would help cover some of the cost, but as always, he never responded to me. I wish we would've switched years ago when we first started having issues because I'm sure it would've saved us a lot of money. The communication is just awful and you definitely are not getting what you paid for. I would avoid them. Paying $175 a month but not receiving the full service is crazy.

He had recommendations on what to do with the issues I was having with my pool with my current pool servicing company that never told me how to fix my problems. Regarding Adam's knowledge and how helpful he was during our conversation which was so much better than my service with current pool service company that I was with the last 10 yrs that I ended up switching my pool service to Adam's pool service. He drained my pool and refilled and started me out with new water and chemicals to help remedy my mustard algae and calcium buildup issues. He has also been very helpful and responsive to my needs and questions and replacing my spa light that was burnt out.. Had my tiles cleaned up of calcium issues with another company since Adam dont provide that service but looking forward to many years of a nice clean looking pool with him as my pool maintance guy.
