American Made is the one we depend upon for getting the job done quickly and professionally. We call been calling on Patrick for helping maintain our rental properties for over nine years. The reason we have done so is because we can trust that the jobs will be done quickly and we will be kept advised of the status. Patrick does a wide variety of tasks both inside and outside the home. He is always the one we call first and he delivers! Thanks Patrick for being there is our times of need! read more

I can't express how HAPPY I am with my bathroom remodels done by American Made. From the first visit for my estimate, Patrick and Gustavo made this job an ease. I had two 1950's bathrooms that needed to be gutted and completely redone. Patrick made my vision for "a spa like experience " come true. Their attention to detail and personal touches gave me two beautifully remodeled bathrooms. They are prompt, courteous and actually clean up when they finished for the day. Gustavo is a master artist with his tile work absolutely beautiful! I have more remodeling to do and will be calling them again. Do yourself a favor and give Patrick a call- today!! Thank you American Made Winona Flower, one very happy client. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND American Made and Patrick for any remodel job big or small. Patrick and his crew did an absolutely superb job for me from start to finish. I'm talking absolutely exceptional and far above standard customer service, communication, logical suggestions and recommendations, quality of work both structurally and in surface finishes. Patrick came out in a timely fashion to bid the job and was prompt in submitting that job bid to me. He then followed up on the bid and really worked with me very patiently and with genuineness of heart to make sure I'm completely satisfied. He appeared on the job site several times a day, made sure everything was perfect, called me by phone every day with an update or discussion if I wasn't at the site, and had his crew work long hours and through an entire weekend to make sure everything was finished quickly and with minimal, if any, disruption to my business. As for his crew of workers, all I can think is that Patrick handpicks these guys to fit his mantra of excellent customer service. Each and every worker is polite, responsive, and literally does nothing but aim to please. These guys converted the most hideous-looking (old gas station) waiting room and office at my Meineke auto shop into a modern-day and inviting customer lounge. (Please see pictures). Words don't begin to express the phenomenal transformation and magic that Patrick and his crew made happen. When the handyman I've used for years moved to Central California, I turned to total strangers for bids on this job... very frightening. Others either completely flaked on getting me a bid or said they can't handle the job, suggesting I call a general contractor. But not Patrick; he took the bull by the horns and literally got the job done, and at a very fair price. I have found my new go-to guy for jobs big or small. For those of you on Yelp who have mentioned that Patrick looked at you a little funny when describing what you wanted done, let me just say this... There were one or two aspects of my project where I had ideas about what I wanted done that turned out to be a little crazy on my part. Patrick, in his professional opinion, offered alternatives. These alternatives turned out to be for the best. In hindsight I see that I was way off in what I asked for and Patrick was spot on in what really should be done. read more

I own a businessin San Bernardino and my maintenance employee had retired! I found American Made on the internet and after reading the reviews i contacted Patrick and he came out and gave me an estimate for all my various projects! His price was very fair, and his work was exemplary! I even added a few more projects which he also took care of. I now have him on speed dial and will schedule for future projects. I highly recommend him without reservation! read more

25 years, six homes, a dozen or so contractors, and tons of repairs/upgrades...American Made provided the best experience including quality of work and price point by far. Patrick was a joy to communicate with and always exhibited the utmost professionalism. They even put my trash cans out on the curb after filling them. Awesome! I will be entrusting all my future work to Patrick and his American Made team! read more

I called American Made and spoke with Patrick. He seemed very nice....professional......and as I explained the bath remodel he seemed like he was ready to go on it. Made an appointment... done. When Patrick arrived I brought him to the bathroom and explained what I needed done. As I was talking he was on his phone.....I'm assuming he was taking notes on what I was saying. This is the rub...as I was explain my wants and needs in the bathroom he kept on making a disgusted look like as if what I was saying was stupid.....or that what I had had already done was wrong. As A matter of fact and to my point when I took him to the hallway and showed him what I need finished he looked at me confused. Getting more irritated by the second by his mannerisms and his disgusted facial expressions...I stopped and asked him what his confusion was with what I needed.......Patrick then informed me that HE would not have done it that way and as far as he is concerned he didn't understand why I didn't want him to just tear all the molding down. I explained to him that is the way I had it installed and the way it was supposed to be and if you look through out the rest of the house you could see the finished product. He didn't even look.....his demeanor was disgust. He asked for my email address and said he would send me an estimate the next day....as he walked out my door so fast ......I knew I would never hear from him again. And I haven't. That was 3 weeks ago. Rude, insulting and very disrespectful! Questioned everything I wanted done or had already had done. Absolute NIGHTMARE!!!!! PS.....to the persons who posted he over bid your job....he probably did so purposely.....he outbid himself out of your job because he didn't want the job. At least he answered you......wouldn't want to be rude now would we. read more

I was seeking a contractor for some time to complete a kitchen remodel. I scheduled consultations with several other contractors who would schedule an appointment, never show up or show up and never solidify a quote or if they were able to complete the job. I came across American Made (Patrick's business card). I gave him a call and he was prompt with a response, scheduled a consultation and actually showed up at the time scheduled. Once the work started Patrick made sure to speak with me and update me along the way of the project. Everyday he would let me know what they would be working on for that day. He showed up everyday on time, sometimes before I was available but I definitely appreciated his promptness. He definitely provided some laughs along the way with his humble personality. He wasn't pushy although I was slow with my decision making and the project actually wrapped a day or two earlier than expected. I will definitely work with Patrick and his team again for any other remodel needs. read more

Patrick is extremely quick in response to requests as well as getting work done, even with as busy as he is. I had some oddball repairs I needed addressed during a home sale process and he was able to meet me to review what I needed done, got me a quote within a couple hours. He showed up on time and was extremely communicative during the process so I know what was going on. I've got him saved in my phone for my new home, just in case. read more

From start to finish my experience with American made was very pleasant. First of all I submitted a quote request for a stucco repair job and Patrick responded promptly. He quoted me just by sending him pictures of the job. He was very decently priced and accommodating with his scheduling. My husband stayed home from work the day of the job, they text me when they were on their way and arrived timely. The communication was awesome! Although my husband was home Patrick still took the time to text me and keep me posted as to what the final price would be. The customer service they provide is great and the work they do is also. My husband inquired about other repairs and some renovations we would like to do around our home and we will more than likely use their services. I will definitely recommend American Made to anyone in need of their services. We are looking forward to working with them again. Thank you Patrick! read more

I found American Made through a family member who recommended them to remodel our master bathroom after our previous shower-pan leaked and we had to demo a good portion of it anyway. Patrick was an excellent contractor to work with. He communicates well. He is very straight forward and honest with his opinions and advice. While I suppose that could rub someone the wrong way, I found it very helpful as I valued his experience. He offered a good balance of input while still accomplishing our goals with the project. He made what was otherwise a very daunting experience, much easier to manage and accomplish. The quality and workmanship of the American Made team is quite good and pricing is reasonable. I even nitpicked a couple things around the end of the project and Patrick was sure to address all of my minor gripes where other contractors would have ignored them. Working with a quality team/company is worth a lot more to us than saving a few bucks on a cheap contractor only to regret it later. American Made is absolutely worth it. Overall, an excellent experience. I highly recommend American Made. read more

Patrick, and his crew are good guys! Patrick deals with integrity and honesty. His prices are reasonable, and he gets to the job on time and cleans up all the messes when they are through. Another great quality of Patrick, is that when you have little problems that you dont know how to handle, example getting rid of junk, or finding solutions for unusual requests, Patrick knows or will find a way to help you solve your problems. Thank you Patrick. You and your crew are great, and I will continue calling upon you for all our household concerns. Mitchell A. Quintana San Bernardino, Ca. read more

Update: We had a busted bathroom window and needed a reliable home glass repair shop but couldn't find anyone we were happy with. So I called Patrick for a referral since he himself proved to be so reliable. He referred us to a great guy who came right away, gave us a fantastic quote, and came right back the very next day to do the job. We're extremely happy with the end result. Thank you Patrick! You're the best! read more

I highly recommend American Made Handyman! Patrick is very professional. We have called Patrick a few times to do work on our rental property and he has always been very quick in responding to our needs and is very reasonably priced. His work is impeccable and you never know he was there, everything is left just as it was before he came. When we need work done on our home, he will be the first person we call. Don't hesitate to call Patrick, you won't be disappointed! read more

Totally happy with these guys! They weren't the cheapest, but if that's the way you roll, you are never going to get this kind of friendly, professional service. Complete kitchen sink, chandelier in the dining room, misc. repairs elsewhere, and very pleased with the results all around. read more

Patrick and Gustavo worked as a great team in performing much needed home improvement! My waterfall is running great, stucco repairs look good as new, and my ceiling fans are now secured properly. I was especially impressed that Patrick figured out how to repair my custom shudders- that takes brains. Gustavo was kind enough to offer to fix my toilet seat for free, as I attempted to do it myself- shivery is still alive. appreciate the thorough work performed. They have one more job to do for me in the fall. I'll keep you posted! read more

Patrick and his crew are awesome. My realtor suggested Patrick to me 3.5 years ago when I moved into the area. He built us a patio cover, fixed our roof, built shelving, replaced a garbage disposal, put up a gate etc etc etc in that time. He always fit us in and has great prices along with perfect service. I recommend American Made for everything you need. Im sad we just moved out of state and hope we can find someone as good as Patrick in Montana. Thank you Patrick for all you have done over the years. We will miss you. read more

Owner very rude and unwilling to provide an estimate at 5:30pm on a weekday. My husband works full-time and is unable to get off work earlier than 5pm. Patrick was very short and ended call after stating "well I only work Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:30pm. I don't work weekends". This is unfortunate since his business was referred to us by my husband's co-worker. We will not be doing business with someone that is not willing to compromise on the simple task of an estimate. Wow! Just saw American Made website and noticed the Christian fish logo - my Pastor always warns that those placing this logo on their website does not mean that they are true Christians. From todays telephone conversation, I do not believe this man to be a Christian. read more

Patrick showed up, was on his phone the whole time, and never sent the bid. I had painting, brickwork, and landscaping. You would think that would be a big enough job for a "handyman', but he mostly spoke about his commercial jobs. I don't think he's interested in residential work and that's being kind and giving him the benefit of the doubt. Check out the difference in reviews between men and women. read more
