The food was underwhelming--many items were cold, stale, or not refilled in a timely manner. The dining area also wasn't as clean as it should have been, with dirty tables left sitting for too long. One thing that immediately stood out was having to sign a liability waiver. It was honestly startling and gave the whole place an untrustworthy feeling before we even started having fun. Instead of making me feel reassured, it made me question why such a broad waiver was necessary in the first place. My first thought was, "If everything is as safe as it should be, why is a liability waiver needed?" Whether that's the intention or not, it created a negative first impression and made me less confident in the experience. The arcade and attractions looked fun at first, but several games were out of order, and the ones that did work weren't always functioning correctly. On top of that, the staff didn't seem interested in helping and often appeared overwhelmed or uninterested when customers had questions. The prices have also become outrageous. Incredible Food and Fun used to be an affordable place where families could spend an entire day without breaking the bank. Now, it feels like going there is something you have to save up for. Between the admission, games, food, and everything else, the cost adds up incredibly fast. For what you're paying, the quality of the experience simply doesn't justify the price. Overall, the experience wasn't worth the money. I expected a fun family outing, but instead left frustrated and feeling like I wasted my money. Between the declining food quality, lack of cleanliness, expensive prices, concerning first impression from the liability waiver, and poor customer service, I can't recommend Incredible Food and Fun in its current state. I genuinely hope they make improvements because it used to be a place I enjoyed visiting, but based on my recent experience, I won't be returning.

The service behind the counters, both at check in and ordering a pizza, is amazing as they always have a smile on their faces. When we used to order a thin crust pizza it would be hot and crispy crust. These times it seems they have sped up the conveyor on the oven and they've been undercooked and soggy. The thicker crust pizzas on the buffet are usually quite doughy which makes me believe I may be on the right track. With other arcades available in the area we may find an alternative to our monthly pizza/game outings. The atmosphere of the place is great. Like I said; those behind the counters usually wear smile and are of great help. It's fun to watch the families enjoy this place as we did when our kids were younger and we brought them there. Even better is 98% of those kids are very well behaved and are quite polite. If it wasn't so far from home, I would absolutely wok at the Discovery Center! The place is amazing. There are so many engaging exhibits that put STEM principles right into your hands. I found myself interacting with an exhibit and going, "Oh! This is just like this idea we went over in physics/chemistry/engineering/science class!" Rather than being put together like a giant playplace, like some museums, the STEM learning areas were thoughtfully constructed with specific leaning outcomes in mind. The place does a LOT with its budget. (which, judging by the catalogue of posters taped up to fill blank wall space, needs some more $$$! Get these guys a grant!) I don't remember the name, but the community role play area was very cute, too. One of the people I visited with works in news and she got a kick out of it. During our visit, this was the area most populated by kids. There were interactives and objects all over the place, from doctor tools to puppets, that were very neatly stored when not in use. But the highlight of our visit had to be the staff. One staff member in particular, a young man named Hunter, noticed my group's interest in the exhibits, and took the time to show us particularly cool uses. He showed us the Tesla coil and told us about the man it was named after; I got to hold a hissing cockroach while my friends made faces; he turned on the Van der Graaf and explained how it worked; and informed us of the amazing grape project growing on the roof. His customer service was OUTSTANDING, all because of our enthusiasm towards learning. If you have a kid who's interested in science, or you're an adult who remembers how to have fun, visit the Discovery Center. At $12 per person, you absolutely will not regret it.

All visual indications it looks like open public parking . We were told the lot was open for community engagement parking . There is no sign indicating any pay per hr parking or no signs stating no parking after 5 pm . There are no signs indicating anything which are visible at night . Our car was towed within minutes . No one in the adjacent businesses could provide any information . Springfield is a very dangerous city with homeless population abound at night . We felt very unsafe and felt our safety was at risk standing helpless on the street . Do not patronize this establishment. No one answered any of our calls . There was no telephone numbers listed any where for emergencies or questions . Safety is there least priority and taking advantage of out of town visitors.

In Ozark, Mo., that one place is the Stained Glass Theatre (SGT), with its beautiful courtyard and welcoming atmosphere. The volunteers greet you with a smile, and the heartwarming chapel reminds me of sitting in an old country church. And on top of that, you have the fabulous set designs, the amazingly talented cast, and the outstanding backstage crew that brings it all together; it's a perfect place to spend your time. However, I think the best thing about SGT is that you can feel Jesus there. Their motto is "Serving Christ Through The Arts," and I can't imagine a better way to tell people what they stand for. In addition, they put on faith-based shows that are family-friendly, so you can feel comfortable there whether you are on a date, watching with your spouse and kids, your church group, or your parents.
