The owner and staff are super friendly and accommodating... I just love them all to pieces. 319 itself is a large open room fitted with a projector screen, a dance floor, huge windows, and loads of way to modify the set up. There is also an outdoor patio with a bar that can be opened. They also have two other smaller buildings facing S. Campbell, both of which would be perfect for a smaller catered dinner or small reception. (The room with a fireplace is super adorable) Speaking of the food... we were lucky enough to have had them cater the fundraiser we held for the serious and OH MY GOODNESS THE SPINACH DIP! Everything I tried was fantastic from the Onion Souffle to the Mango Salsa. But seriously, that spin dip. (drool) If you are in the market for a wedding, event, good time venue - go here. Andrea is always helpful and love the cooked to order items here. The rooms, however, are getting so rundown through the years. My room on the first floor was so muggy, damp and even the carpets were bad. You would not even dare walk on them with bare feet, so gross. Then, the bathroom walls were stained with who knows what. I was there for a week and had two hand towels and one wash cloth. Lastly, Springfield is getting booked up so these rooms can be up to 180/200+ per night which is highway robbery since they are so bad. Sooner or later it will be dropped from the Hilton chain and be made into a Quality Inn or something.

A very cordial staff member came outside and invited us into the lobby to await our tour time. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative. However, there were parts of the tour where background noise made it difficult to hear her. I would recommend anyone with any hearing impairment stay close to the guide to ensure you can hear the narration. Overall, we really enjoyed the tour and would love to revisit for one of the "ghost tours" on offer.

We're from out of town and were in the area just for the weekend, but she immediately accused us of trespassing instead of simply asking what we needed. To make things worse, she blocked the driveway so we couldn't turn around properly, forcing us to back through the grass rather than letting us move forward a couple of feet to the wider part of the drive. I'm also quite sure her behavior was influenced by my alternative haircut and color, which made the experience feel even more judgmental and discriminatory. I ordered 2 sandwiches from Bear Mountain Brewery and waited ONE HOUR AND 45 MINUTES to receive them. There were dozens of people also waiting over an hour and a half for typical food-truck fare. Because i had to stand there, waiting for my name to be called, I didn't get to see anything else at your venue. Next year, I'll eat somewhere else and watch the show from somewhere nearby, instead of paying for parking.
