I tumbled through three metal barriers and was bruised pretty bad but thankfully had no major injuries. I attempted to contact both the bar and the security company but both led to a dead end as I was stonewalled each time. Looking at the other reviews, it seems their behavior has not improved, as another user mentioned being cussed at and spit on.
