As soon as he'd see something that immediately concerned him or something that could potentially become a problem years from now, he'd voice his thoughts to us. Considering this is a new construction, we were a bit surprised with the amount of things that needed fixing--nothing serious, primarily cosmetic. The following day we received his report exactly when he said he'd send it. It was very detailed and also included photos of his findings. The report is straightforward and easy to comprehend, even for those of us with zero experience. And of course, this all transpired while adhering to COVID-19 guidelines. Glenn Helder is a true professional who raises the bar for what a home inspection should be. From the moment he arrived, his thoroughness and calm, pleasant demeanor made me feel confident I was in expert hands. His responsiveness leading up to the inspection and quick turnaround on the final report were also a breath of fresh air during a fast-moving process.
