After paying them over $400 I had to spend an additional $200 to have my house actually cleaned. I spoke to them to try and get my money back. Understandably I was upset about spending money for no reason. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. After 4 months, they finally responded, asked me the same question 4 times, and then offered to settle with me for $42... a hours worth of cleaning. By this point, I had had it, and I knew they weren't going to understand why I was upset and just accepted the payment. Last week, I got a phone call from Danielle at Ronnie Reliables. Her boss asked her to call me and remove my review of the company from Google!! Against my better judgement, I did it. I spoke to my mother, my attorney, and my husband about this to find out if I had done anything wrong. The point of these rating systems is so that customers can share their experiences and by telling the truth of what happened, I did nothing wrong.
