There is no 'receptionist' but the Stylists know when their appointments are coming in, or if you are a regular... you just pop into the studio of your Stylist and let them know you are there. The layout is that each stylist has their very own private room which I LOVE. I have been going to Staci for 6 years - she is amazing with color, and I love the different cuts she has done one my hair. She is actually a rep/educator for Sexy Hair so I feel like she stays on top of what is current and relevant with style and color. Totally recommend her! Her prices are fair and reasonable - for the quality you get. You have to book way in advance if you are picky about when you can come in as she books up fast. I have also had Linda touch up my roots when I was not able to get in with Staci and she does a really nice job as well. Give this place a try, I don't think you will be disappointed!

Honestly, I don't write a whole lot of reviews, and I contemplated about writing this because there…read morereally is no way for this haircut to be "fixed", other than just wait for it to grow out; which is going to take forever (probably close to a year or more to get back to how it was before! ). It has been about a month since getting my haircut, and I'm still so bummed/upset about it. I wear it up basically everywhere I go (which also isn't the same as it was before because of the short layers and extremely thinned out density), because I can't stand the way it looks down. With lots of styling it looks a TINY bit better, but I specifically went in for a cut that didn't require any (or very very minimal styling) because I'm a busy mom of three. Anyways, I don't know if this was just a massive mistake because I know others have been very happy with this stylist, but I am still absolutely horrified at how much hair was taken off w/ thinning shears and how thin my overall density is now (hair was literally at least twice as thick before). It also is just so terribly straggly looking from middle to ends of my hair. The layers are also extremely short. The shortest ones being above my ear (which I requested layers no shorter than my chin). On top of all that, it is shorter on one side and looks like chunks are missing (especially on the front and sides of my hair!!).
