The company that I work for uses alphagraphics for a huge amount of projects. I decided to give them a go for my wedding programs and thank you notes. Craig is always the guy who assists me. He's kind, soft spoken and always patient. I've had some issues dealing with my adobe platform and with out him telling me what to do - he tells me what to do. LOL Back to my personal project... It came out perfect! Craig always sends a draft copy and always gets an ok before starting the work. I was on a crazy deadline with this personal project. Initially I was going to use an online store THEN I ran out of time and figured that I'd do it myself THEN I got swamped at work and realized that I wouldn't be able to handle it. I called AG and Craig assured me that they could get it done in a day! That was amazing news for me. They did an awesome job! Thanks Craig. You always make all of my projects seem so easy AND they always come out perfect from you and you me team. read more

I have had the pleasure of using Alphagraphics numerous times over the past two years. Duane and his team are true professionals in every sense of the word. When I submitted my first couple print jobs, I was pretty green with very little knowledge. This team of experts in their craft not only took me by the hand but guided me through the process and they left no question(s) unanswered. With each job, the end result was a masterfully done and affordable product. From that day forward, I have coined Alphagraphics as my "Go to" for all of my printing and graphic needs. They have not and will not disappoint! read more

I have used Alphagraphics DC many times and they have never disappointed. They go the extra mile with which the last job included great communicatiion from start to finish. My group was so pleased with the quality and timely completion of job. I will continue to use them and refer my colleagues and friends to their excellent service. read more

Only 1/2 a block from the office, AlphaGraphics has been our go-to place for nearly all my team's printing needs for many years. They've done everything from a simple 1-page flyer to large format mounted posters and we've never had an issue with any piece. We've only used AG for their printing services, though they do also provide some design and production services if needed. Staff is always helpful and quick to put together estimates for us, proofs when needed as quickly turned around, and even the most complex print job needed on short notice has always been completed correctly and in the time frame requested. My only minor issue is that I wish they were open just a little bit later as sometimes clients don't sign off on layouts until the end of the business day, but the staff has at time waited for us to run across the street with a job so that they can get to work on it first thing in the morning, so it is just a minor issue. read more

Asked them if they can print a photo, they said yes and charged $39 for a very regular size 8 by 10 frame. AWFUL quality! When I asked to change, they said that I confirmed and if I want them to reprint, I need to pay extra $15. Before printing I asked them if they have a designer who can size it so the quality of photo is good. They said they'll do it. When I complained they told me to go to CVS next time. read more

I worked with a guy named Craig and I couldn't have asked for a better service. He was extremely accommodating with the time frame. One plus is that they do in-house printing which means that they can print a lot faster than other print shops that out source to other printing factories. read more

Outstanding professional service. Great customer service, AG went above and beyond to make my job deadline. THANKS.

Abysmal service, timing. Went to print 5 documents, less than 100 pages total. After waiting in the store for 35 minutes I had 1/5 printed correctly, 2 with upside down double-sides, and 1 printed single-side after VERY clearly requesting my preference. The color printer had jammed but no one informed me, so I ended up late to my meeting and without any color copies made when I finally left. Returned, as I promised, later in the afternoon to pick up my order and they had not even completed it. For 3x the cost of Kinkos and NEGATIVE customer service, I'd recommend staying away from this place. Found it on Google Maps. read more

Terrible customer service. Went there in the morning and there was no other customers. The guy at the desk from the beginning had a terrible attitude. I only had to print 25 copies and he said he didn't have time for that even when the place was empty and the other employee was only cleaning. Definitely not going back again. read more

I needed a printer in DC - we had an epic disaster with the printing here in AZ and my client was doing a large presentation in DC the following day. I had hoped to send her with documents, but instead, the AG did a fantastic job of sending me proofs, printing and delivering an exceptional product to my client at a nearby hotel in DC. I was so grateful for the outstanding service, patience and willingness to go out of their way to turnaround a poor experience from another printer to make it one I could rely on. Thank you, AG for your dedication to customer service! read more

Used AG for training manuals, fast service, reasonable prices, and good quality. I will be using them in the future.

Alphagraphics to the rescue. Alphagraphics helped me out in a tight situation. My previous printer dropped the ball and I needed my presentation for the next morning. Not only did they have it ready, they stayed late after closing to get it done. It's the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. They will have all my business for now on. read more

Kevin was great with designing our government contracting business logo. He was patient with me through my change requests. Alphagraphics is the place to go for banners, logos, slide format, etc. Give Kevin a call. read more

I requested a quote from Alphagraphics that took forever to receive and then was extremely high. After having the job done at another business, Alphagraphics surfaces with a bill they say is past due. Last night I received a *reminder* via e-mail of my past due bill. Interesting way to run a business... read more

I called this morning to get a quote on envelopes for my organization. The man who answered the phone identified himself as the Art Director, and proceeded to eat in my ear as he told me that someone else would have to call me back. I definitely won't be moving forward, and I'm not expecting a call back. read more

Quick service - good graphic art help - pleasant except for the woman's cough again and again.

I have had several projects printed by Alphagraphic - DC. I am very pleased. I like that they are a corporate printer and can deliver large scale jobs on time. I had a time sensitive print job and they were able to handle my requested work and additional copies later. Recently, my national organization was in town for a meeting, even with a glitch on our end, they still delivered on time.
