I have a 70+ year-old, 24" x 24" poster, folded several times, that I wanted scanned to a jpeg format. I don't drive so was hoping to mail it to their shop and when finished, return it to me in a custiomer provided stamped self-addressed envelope. When I called, the service rep that I spoke with was Kami. He understood exactly what I wanted and said they could create the image file. He recommended an image resolution and helped me manage my expectations of the outcome due to the documents age and folded contition. I received the scanned image just two days after mailing, asking for a review of the file. The scanned image looked better than the original - none of the fold lines were visible! I signed in on their Las Vegas website to get a quote. As you can clearly see on their website, they state to produce the product in the location that is closest to where you live. I ordered with them and they produced the item in Washington, DC and charged me another $16.50 shipping costs (Item was $25) for their mistake! Edit: I had to fight hard but eventually they solved the problem and refunded the shipping costs. That's why I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars. read more

I've never ordered canvas prints before, so I was nervous about how they would turn out. But I was also in a hurry so I went ahead and took a chance and placed an order for 5 prints. The staff was really great to work with me to make sure the photos were set up just right. When the canvases arrived I was almost afraid to open the box, not sure what to expect. But first of all, they were super-well packaged so there was no chance of any damage in shipping. And then when I saw them I couldn't believe how beautiful they turned out. No worries, I will just get a refund since the deadline is an hour away and I am as well. - They promised a refund next business day. 2 Business days I later I call, the response we are waiting for approval we will call you. - Same thing the next 3 times I call never with an update call. - It's now 11 days NO REFUND and no follow up. I was looking for a yard sign for my mom's 90th Birthday in May and had very little time left to get it done. All the signs I saw online were very small and not personalized. I was able to get them some photo's and they produced two beautiful 36' by 48' signs and stayed late to make sure they were done on time. The signs looked amazing in her yard and the entire neighborhood was able to help her celebrate. It made the day very special for her. I've used ABC Imaging in Alexandria for printing construction drawings for the last few years and I honestly have to say between their customer service, delivery, and extremely competitive pricing I haven't had any reason to switch or even consider looking elsewhere. Uploading documents on their portal for printing is straightforward and easy and they almost always can accommodate same day delivery if you get it in early enough. The drivers even call to confirm with me once they've left the drawings. Any time I've had odd sizes or mixed sized documents they've almost immediately called me to confirm or come up with solutions and suggestions for the best way they think to print it uniformly. I emailed this company for a quote for a small project, and in the email stated exactly what I was looking for. I got a return email with a quote for something I didn't ask for. In fact, in my original email, I specifically mentioned what I was not looking for as well. And yet, that's what the quote was for. Then I asked again nicely for a quote for what I actually wanted, and instead of getting a quote, I got another email basically saying, no, that's not what you want. I understood the point she was trying to make (what I was asking for would be flimsy if not mounted, but I was ok with it being flimsy). I mentioned that in my next email and asked again for a quote. Then in the next email, basically the same thing. I literally asked for a quote in five different emails for what I wanted and never got an answer. I then called the company and spoke with the person I was emailing with and she said no problem, I'll email you a quote for that.......nothing. I waited for hours. I sent a follow up email asking for the quote...nothing. I called again and she said oh, sorry I got sidetracked, I will send you the quote for that now....NOTHING. Truly unbelievable customer service...if you don't want to do the project, just tell me you aren't able to do the project. Don't keep me hanging all day long waiting for your responses for a quote/ It's been 5 hours now and I could have had this done somewhere else already. Terrible. read more

My only regret was not going to ABC first. I had wasted a ton of money and time getting other prints and proofs from about 4 or 5 other printers before I went to ABC. I worked with Damian at the slaters location and he was kind, calm, and put up with me coming in over and over to look at hard proofs to make sure my brochure was perfect. He recommended a better paper than the other companies, and the pricing there was lower than what I paid elsewhere. I will absolutely go back the next time I have a piece to print. read more
