As a 70-year-old retired Navy man (9 years Mineman-1 & 11 years LT, Supply Corps), I am eligible for a mortgage loan guaranteed by the VA. I was referred to Vance by someone close to him who said he really went out of his way to help fellow veterans get mortgage loans. We were in need of a refi to payoff everything & have one monthly payment vs a dozen. Hello, I got a phone call one night about refinancing my home. The agent had to right dollar amount of my mortgage, meaning he actually looked into my account. We have had many calls to refi with them, but when I talked to Vance from American Funding I knew this we the right time and thing to do.
