They got us a great rate and moved incredibly quickly when we found the property we ended up buying. I should have written a review back in 2016, but now I will have not just 1, but 2 AMAZING and positive experiences with this company! A few years back my husband and I needed to refinance our home to make some major upgrades to our home. We had been starving students in our past and life long renters. Being a homeowner was no joke on the finance end of things. Being an adult is tough. Carrie took over our needs and made this entire confusing process the easiest experience! She did all the work to help us consolidate past student loan debt, car loans etc. She guided us throughout the entire process, explained everything and went above and beyond to take the best care of us and put us in a healthy financial situation! We were also financially able to begin our long haul of construction corrections to our home. Since our first go round with liberty financial, I had kept in touch with Carrie regarding future plans for our home mortgage. She was always there to take my call immediately and guide us to the next step. Here we are two years later, now with a baby added to our mix, and she has come to rescue again to help us make the best decisions for a few more upgrades to our family's first home! Every member of this fantastic team has proven to me that taking care of their clients is what they strive for. Very dedicated team of amazing women! They will forever be our go to group for all and any future home loan needs! Without their help, we wouldn't be able to have escaped the never ending financial burden of being lifelong renters and own our first home within our financial means. I highly recommend Carrie at Liberty Financial! read more

We just closed escrow on our new condo, and we had a wonderful experience with Liberty Financial. Carrie was super helpful and on top of things, even though we had major snafus with our developer, since it was a new construction. She kept us in the loop and explained things thoroughly. It made the whole process go a lot smoother than it could have. Highly recommend this company for your lending needs!! read more

I have worked with Kathy Brown and her team to get loans for the purchase of three homes, and they always make the process so easy! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond to calls and emails, and are incredibly helpful during the entire process. They offer great advice and really care about you and have your best interests in mind at all times. I have worked with Kathy for both conventional and VA loans, and she has made sure to walk me through the steps for both. Her office staff, particularly Carrie, are great to work with as well. When I moved to Northern California, I was worried I'd have to find someone else to work with. However, Kathy has been great and has taken care of two loans from across the state! I will definitely continue to work with Kathy for any future needs. read more

Liberty rocks! This is the 3rd or 4th mortgage we've gotten thru Liberty Financial & we absolutely love them. They were able to handle a sale & purchase on back-to-back days, making accommodations for the escrow companies to keep our purchase on track. Then, when our servicing company changed hands twice in a week (!), they were there to make sure a) it wasn't some sort of scam and b) we were making our mortgage payment to the correct company. We were stressed, but Kathy & company straightened it all out. Thanks again for all you do, Liberty Financial. read more
