The teacher went slow enough to keep everyone together and fast enough to keep it fun. By the end of class I was sweaty, learned a new dance, exercised, and got to spend an hour with the amazing sisters at Be Creative! Can't wait until the next class!

We opted to get one of the blasters to shoot targets for things to move and hear. If it would have been a little less crowded when we got in it would have been better. Other visitors that we caught up to were pretty involved in themselves and made people wait for them to finish taking their pictures every 5 steps. The museum staff does try to regulate the amount of people but unfortunately they can't really go in and tell people to move it along. I think it maybe a little overpriced but it was fun and I like to support small businesses. When you're done with the museum the stores are fun to check out and they have all sorts of things if you're interested in horror movies and macabre things.

Trails for all abilities, variety of trail surfaces and conditions and length and elevation. Bite off the proper amount for your skill level and if you try to chew too much, just flip it and return to your comfort zone. Trails and fire roads are all well maintained, used, loved, and appreciated. The value for the free it cost is immeasurable.

I have been going to Alexandra's class for the last 7 years. Her class is the best art class I ever…read moreattended. She shows demos for different drawing and painting projects and gives helpful critique and feedback on our work. She created easy to follow steps for us to understand difficult cast, face or figure drawings and paintings. She gives amazing anatomy lectures and demos on understading bones and muscles and drawing them. Her painting mathod of starting from big planes and gradually going to smaller planes and details is wonderful and very helpful. She also has an incredible pallette and methods to avoid seeing any dirty colors in any painting. She even helps us find creative subjects for our projects. Each of Alexandra's students create outstanding and at the same time different body of works due to her individual help and attention.

I was greeted by Walt, who was incredibly friendly, and after listening patiently to my needs, he led me straight to the perfect fiberglass specimen, which turned out to be of higher quality, and less expensive, then other LA stores I'd already scoped out. Yesss! What really blew me away, though, was the incredible selection of mannequins they have, in every shape, size, and pose you could want, and of course they can refigure, rearrange, refurbish, or repaint all of it to your specifications in their workshop -- I saw a crew hard at work on an army of mannequins that, frankly, looked amazing. I've seen some low-quality plastic mannequins for sale on E-Bay and whatnot, and believe me, there's a big difference, once you've seen the craftsmanship here. The warehouse/shop was easy to find, and took only 20 minutes from Hollywood (101 to 170 to the 5). If you need to buy or rent a mannequin with lovely customer service -- or just enjoy the surreal experience of walking through a silent warehouse filled with mannequins frozen in time -- this is the place.
