I spoke with James, who promptly requested that I send photographs of the damage. Within thirty minutes, I received a very reasonable estimate. Initially, James informed me that the earliest available appointment was on Friday. However, when I mentioned that my family would be arriving on Wednesday and that I would appreciate completing the repairs beforehand, he went above and beyond. To my pleasant surprise, he was able to accommodate me just two hours later on the same day. It was an added relief that the technician who had previously repaired my tub ten years prior arrived at our doorstep. Miguel performed the work with the same high standards as before. He is very professional, a nice and friendly guy with thorough attention to detail and evident pride in his craftsmanship. He left the workspace neat, and the bathtub now appears to be in excellent condition. The three- to five-year durability of the repair speaks to the quality of ProTub's craftsmanship. Should I require further services such as reglazing or refinishing in the future, ProTub will undoubtedly be my first choice. I sincerely

I had a wonderful experience. Vic, Vaughan and Alex worked…read moreso hard to refinish my kitchen cabinets, which were a mess. They were quick, two days of sanding and painting in my house (cabinets and drawers were sanded and painted at their shop). In less than a week, my kitchen was done. Extremely high-quality beautiful craftsmanship. Lovely people to work with they were so kind. I have another project in mind and plan to call them again. I Highly recommend their services.

We had just moved into our new place and inherited a nasty crack in the marble surrounding the kitchen sink. We needed a miracle and called in the professionals. At first, I was a touch skeptical about how much the situation could be improved based on the severity of the damage but-- Junior is some kind of stone savior. I nearly fainted when I saw the magic he performed. He also refinished a mismatched tile we had to replace after some plumbing work and he additionally filled in some cracks on our outdoor bar. Everything looked truly amazing after he was through. Junior was kind, knowledgeable, professional, communicative and extremely skilled. Basically, the best! And everything was oh-so-affordable to boot. Thank you, Precision Stone Restoration!

From the moment I arrived, the experience was outstanding. They understood exactly what needed to be done and got right to work. They didn't just glue it back together -- they reinforced the structure with nails and added hidden supports underneath to make sure it could handle real weight. And to top it off, they did it fast -- I was blown away by how quickly and professionally they turned it around. The craftsmanship is excellent. The drawer feels sturdier than it ever did. And they were warm, honest, and straightforward about the repair process and cost. If you have any furniture or cabinet repair -- especially those small but frustrating jobs most big places won't even look at -- SM Furniture Repair is the real deal. Over the years, we have worked closely with Luis, and a few qualities have consistently stood out: he is always punctual, offers fair pricing, and delivers remarkable results. This time, we decided to move forward with a project Luis recommended: refinishing one of the wood laminate kitchen countertops in our rental unit. Initially, I expected the result to look like a simple repaint, especially considering how worn and faded the laminate surface had become. However, once I saw the finished work, I could hardly believe my eyes. It genuinely looked as though we had replaced the countertop with granite. The finish appeared solid, durable, and waterproof. Luis and his team did an outstanding job. I was truly blown away by both the quality of the workmanship and the final result. I only wish I had taken before-and-after photos, but judging by the many client photos already available, you can clearly see the level of quality they consistently deliver. Would I use Always Refinishing again and highly recommend their work? Absolutely: 100%.
