Andrew arrived right on time for the initial quote, walked through everything we wanted installed, and even gave us multiple options to choose from. I received the quote the same day and immediately booked them. On installation day, his team arrived on time and professionally introduced themselves before getting started. They worked on 5 rooms and installed 22 recessed lights. Every room was carefully taped off, and they cleaned up flawlessly afterward. Not only was their customer service outstanding, but they truly went above and beyond. While working in the attic, they noticed some electrical issues and unsecured junction boxes that needed attention. They took the time to fix everything and made sure our home was safe. I'm incredibly appreciative of their professionalism and for bringing these issues to our attention. What an amazing company! We had already selected our appliances, cabinets, quartz (color palette) and showed him our renderings. Glen took the time to sit with us and reviewed our plans and offered his opinion. We were happy to hear he thought the lamp would work. When it arrived we were so pleased. When I was in need of Glen's expertise once again in terms of the approximate placement of the lamp above the dining room table he responded quickly. On top of that, I was quoted around $500 for the work, but the final bill came in over $700. They added services without confirming with me first, which I only discovered when I saw the invoice. The work itself may be fine, but the lack of communication and organization made the whole process frustrating. Would not recommend, extremely disorganized.
