Front end sales person was great when I asked about men's bathing suits. She led me to the back and…read moreshowed me the two locations in the store they were located in. The smooth skinned young mannequin like dude in the back folding things on a counter near the rack of suits made zero eye contact and essentially looked down the entire time I asked him about a suit and whether or not the online store might carry it. Perhaps its because I'm a middle-aged guy that was desperate to find a suit my size and one I liked. Who knows. One thing was clear - the moment he saw me he looked down and showed disinterest. As you may be able to tell, I don't hesitate to make a complaint about a retail staff-person. If I somehow manage to find myself in the store again you can be rest assured I'll get his name and report him to corporate. I hope readers of this comment have a better experience than I did.

Looked around at some clothes, still no worker said a thing or even smiled at me, even though others were being asked if they were finding everything okay. As people are walking out, they were *obviously* being told to have a nice day--of course, not to me! No "goodbye!" or "have a nice day!" Nothing. I mean, I get that I look 14 years old without makeup. But I'm 20 years old. Please don't assume that if someone looks young that they're automatically some random child walking into a store. It's not cute to treat specific customers with disrespect and aloofness. Really don't want to go back to this location again.

I love Rack Room Shoes. Since I get their emails, I am always aware when they are running BOGO…read moresales or when they have special deals. I was in the area and I decided to check on some of their dress shoes. Their selection was really good and the prices were even better than some comparable shoes I was searching online. Like other Rack Room shoes, you basically search and try anything by yourself. Minimal customer assistance, but I am used to their approach and I don't mind.
