In the past, I have bought their clothes from police/military supply stores and on-line. I got excited when I saw the sign go up near Town Center Mall. It's right off Barrett Parkway. Easy to see from the street. Plenty of parking. They have a great selection of clothing and gear. Everything in the store is "top notch" and priced accordingly. I wish it were a bit less expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. I have never had any problems with their clothing. In fact, I have not yet worn out any of their clothes. Some black items have faded from years of washing but the material is still strong and solid. The staff is fun, knowledgeable and quick to help out. I stopped in recently to look for some clothing as a gift for a female friend. They have a decent selection of women's wear and accessories.

I am always hyper aware that I am being watched fairly closely when I'm in the store but today I overheard one of the sales associates complaining about a black man that was asking for him to unlock the cage for him to buy a product and him saying it's a privilege for them to even be here and when I asked for clarification of what was meant by that comment, I was just meant with a lot of performative confusion, but needless to say, I heard what I heard and will not be back. It's really sad to know that you think so little of the people who are your main patrons and it's actually a privilege to have us as customers.

But, I was more than disappointed when the two gentlemen working in the store looked at me when I walked in, didn't say a word to me, and went back to whatever they were doing at the check out counter. I am a "C" level executive in my 50's and I wear mostly bespoke clothing during the work week, but I was dressed down in jeans and golf shirt today. No matter, had they taken a few moments to engage in certain they would have quickly realized that they should actively engage every potential client walking in their door.
