I can not remember the woman's name but the sales associate actually took the time to go through racks and racks of dresses to try to find one that would fit , even calling other stores. I've not shopped at Kohl's in over 5 years. This is because a few years ago I had a pretty bad…read moreexperience here so I decided I was going to take my business else where..... On a recent errand day however I decided to pop in here and give them another shot. This Kohl's is located off of Woodstock Square Avenue right beside the Target, Old Navy and there is a BJ's behind here. It can get pretty jammed packed on the weekends but there has always been plenty of parking but sometimes you do have to wait a while if you're pulling out of this parking lot and on to Woodstock Square Avenue. There are lots of cars turning in from highway 92 and lots of cars coming from BJ's. So you want to be patient....you turn will come... I had heard recently that they were starting to sell Mally Roncal's make up here. I've been buying Mally Beauty for years and was interested to see if there was going to be new items exclusive to Kohl's...but when I got there I saw that the display case was completely empty and so I guess they weren't ready yet which was fine. I thought the store was organized and the merchandise were neatly displayed. They had some super cute teen sweatshirts for the fall and some very cute holiday dresses for little toddlers. Eventually I made my way to the panty hose section....I know most people don't wear hose anymore but I still wear them to the office especially in the winter time where my boss runs the A/C 365 a year. I figured since I'm here I'd minds well pick up a few since I'm always going through them....well they were out of my color and my size... Based on that the fact that they didn't have the item that I wanted to purchase in stock and the fact that I must of walked by at least 3 employees on the sales floor and 2 in the bathroom...No one offered to help me or asked if I was looking for anything in particular...I will give them a 3 stars. I think this is fair since I've had a bad experience in the past and this time I felt my experience was luke warm. Maybe next time if they will have the items I want in stock...I can up them to another star....

They have a great variety of women's clothes and I especially love their selection of dresses. They offer everything from a little black dress to a floor-length formal wedding guest dress, and even some great options that are office/work appropriate. They also offer cute jewelry near the checkout counter and I was lucky enough to go in on a day that they had a 50% off sale on their jewelry. Staff is super friendly and dressing rooms are available in store so you can make sure you love the look before purchasing.

The clothes follow a one-size fits all approach which doesn't work in its favor. As a petite woman with a not very flattering abdomen, I'd appreciate if there's a more wider selection of clothes like for example, have options for women with a much more different body. I'd be content with clothes that are actually my size. Please also use fabrics that allow your skin to breathe and can be washed in a washing machine with warm water. Have a ruler available so customers can also get a better measurement and find the clothes that are more suitable for their needs. The clothes do last a good while and the pricing is more bearable than the boutiques in downtown Alpharetta.

Popped into Brooks Brothers on our recent trip to the outlets in search of casual/upscale attire…read morefor an upcoming cocktail party. The store is laid out really well. It is bright, open, organized, clean and in great condition. Each area was clearly defined and easily to navigate to and from. They have casual sections, suit sections, business casual, shoes...and one of the largest clearance sections I have seen at a Brooks Brothers...and maybe even at a specialty clothing store. There was only one Associate in the store at the time and he was helping other customers with a custom order, so we did not interact with him. However, the service and conversation I witness was great and the customer on the receiving end seemed very happy. Prices were hit and miss. I found several things in the clearance section that I enjoyed and ended up getting, however the clearance shoes were still marked a tad high. Our main goal was a pair of slacks, and while they were priced well for the most part, they were short in stock of sizes needed. Overall, good trip to a solid Brooks Brothers location at the outlets!

Other times it seems the place feels like a funeral parlor so creepy quiet that you can hear a pin drop. I don't think they're a true Factory outlet in that I think the prices are still pretty much what their regular retailer charges. I think the items sold here are bit different than what you can find at the regular stores. I think I rather shop at their regular store better because I think the customer service is usually outstanding in those stores. I hope the Factory Outlet would adopt that same attitude.... 968th review 12/13/2017

These stores will always be Casual Male to me…read more Even though this company is now far, far away from whatever the previous version of Casual Male stood for. The only thing that this company still has left over from it's previous iteration is the fact that whenever you walk in your besieged by annoying sales people whether you need their "help" or not. If you know where the North Point defunct Toys "R" Us store used to be, that's the shopping center that Casual Male was in for many, many years. This Yelp address is incorrect. Now you'll find that they are much further north on North Point Parkway. In front of target. They are in an out parcel in front of Target. I have not visited Casual Male since 2018 and I never realized that it left its previous location and "moved on up" to the "Big Leagues." That's translated into higher prices and less stock. The previous location had a variety of brands to fit many budgets including two or three racks of markdown items. Now in their tony new location all you're going to see are "Popular Name Brands" and no markdowns at all. It's very disappointing. But really doesn't matter because I don't tend to frequent this location very much (or ever again) because as mentioned, I have not sought them out since 2018...

I was shopping at the perfume counter, and the woman at the dressing room came up to me and was letting me know that you guys sell cologne on the other side of the store . As a male, I am not interested as much into the cologne because a lot of it is just fake made up stuff (literally saw a fake channel bleu ) versus the perfume is actual brands. I've been a model for 5 years and love to try to find different new brands/designers. And specifically that day I was looking for something for the fall since my typical fall scent ran out. I said I'm aware thank you and tried to continue shopping. Me thinking that she would just leave me alone. She just stand there and just was staring at me for about a minute. I got weirded out and went to the back to shop for what I was actually there for. I came back to look at the perfume and found one I actually liked and enjoyed. I looked up and she was just giving me this weird death stare. It was just very weird and uncomfortable. This micro aggression is just very odd for no reason I left the store and right as I was about to leave I looked behind me and I could just see her all the way from the dressing rooms just looking at me as if I'm some criminal. This is very weird and very odd. We all have our differences and we need to leave that at home. It's a very unprofessional way to do things. At the end of the day it's a store and I am free to buy and shop whatever I would like. It's one thing trying to be helpful and recommend something to a customer, but that's not what happened . Plus, you had lots of go backs to do and plenty of other customers to help. I know this review is probably not much help for an average customer. But I posted this for manager/ associates.
