I wasn't spoken to once while the employees were doing random tasks. I walked around looking at different items then I tried on boots in front of two employees who didn't look at me once, greet me, ask if I was finding everything ok, or ask if I needed assistance. I ended up leaving with nothing as the size I needed wasn't in store. The store was in great shape so I gave it two stars but there was no customer service at all. I would have ordered the correct size boot had I been spoken to but I will go back to the other DSW store with the engaging employees so they can get credit towards their individual goals.

Date of visit: August 23, 2026…read more I happened to be in the area with my two favorite fans of Sierra and they jumped at the chance to visit this location that was new to both of them and overall it was a great visit. The men's section is much larger--or at least appears larger--than many other Sierra stores that I have frequented, with a bountiful clearance section, to boot! I got excited when I came upon the Men's shoes section with a sign for Size 14 alas there was not much there both in actual stock and in the prices of what was on offer. The store was clean and organized well, and while we didn't see a single staffer the entire time we browsed the wares, our cashier (who was vaguely reminiscent of a young Barack Obama) was very friendly and engaging.

I was very skeptical about getting new bras. (Insecurity reasons) I walked in there and I was nervous. And I explained to her everything. She stood by my side every step of the way. This experience makes me love TORRID even more. So I just didin't buy 1 bra, I bought 3!! What's to say? I use only black Dago T/wife beater T Shirts & an occasional white Dago T/wife beater T shirt when I wear a dress shirt so the black color doesn't bleed through. For me I only get the black underpants. I bought their white low cut ankle socks before, but I don't think the quality is that good.
