Let me just say this place is a treasure trove for the bigger and taller guys in Dallas-Fort Worth!…read more I have been a customer with Mark (the most amazing salesman I've dealt with in years. He can guess your size and lead you into your section within an instant, and he has the ability to remember everything you have previously purchased which allows him to help you build a solid interchangeable wardrobe. This guy is Amazing!) for several years now and there is seldom a time that I leave the store without a garment bag under my arms. Like most men my size (big AND tall) there isn't really a lot of locations that cater to my particular frame. However Big and Tall Fashion (for less) has a huge selection ranging in styles, shapes and sizes. For instance, I wear suits to the office, fashion forward ensembles on my nights out, casual looks on the weekends and athletic attire which all come from B&TF. This place has it all! If you are Big and Tall or Big and/or Tall or Big and Short or Tall and Thin, you have got to give this place a try. The stock is constantly revolving with new things coming in all the time, and when they have a sale.....it's A SALE! I give Big and Tall Fashion for less a stylish four stars! Happy Shopping Y'all!

For what we paid, I would have thought we would have had better service. While the first sales person was nice and they had a lot of options where we quickly found what we needed, the service after where they lost me as a future customer. My husband needed his suit coat tailored. The tailoring experience was a JOKE. It was almost weeks late because their button machine was broken and today when we went to get it, it wasn't there. I'm guessing they sent it out? Not sure. My beef is they NEVER ONCE called or communicated with us. Buttons. On a sleeve. Not a cheap suit coat. I won't return and regret not checking Yelp. I do not recommend this location. Very disappointed in the jacket and overall experience especially considering how much we spent.

She went to the back to check and came back saying she couldn't find them. However, she didn't make any effort to check the sales floor or look in other departments. I decided to look myself, and within a few minutes I found the exact pair in the Polo section of the store. It honestly felt like I was doing the associate's job instead of receiving help as a customer. When I brought the shoes to her, there wasn't even an apology for the inconvenience. The shoes didn't come with a box, and no discount or any other accommodation was offered despite the inconvenience. Customer service should involve making an effort to help customers, not expecting them to search the store on their own. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

Possibly from folks having saved it for the end of their shopping due to the later hours. To this locations credit they downsized from a bigger location, which the bigger size seems to be the norm in my experience. Though with the smaller size it feels like they tried to pack a big store into a smaller one... At least in the clothes departments.Isles are hard to navigate as many of the clothing isles are only big enough for one cart ...
