She didn't know how to do the return and just suggested I go somewhere else since she couldn't figure out how to do it. She stated that, "We don't even sell those kind of crocs here." Ofcourse you don't because it's limited edition and SOLD OUT. She didn't call for help, didn't call for management, just kept saying she couldn't do it. The attitude definitely needs to go.

Today was the first time I had been to this Torrid and will be the last because I prefer to just shop online if the employees are going to be hateful and talk negatively about customers. Torrid used to stand for acceptance, feeling welcome and feeling valued, but clearly not anymore. Do better Hickory!
