The store feels like a vibrant man cave and a gateway to the professional world. Meeting Steve was such a great time. It's pricey but the clothing is hard to find that you really can't find at other stores. My only con about the store that dissapointed me was that I went to their website and they didn't have an online store. It's a bit of a drive to Geneva so an online store would of been convenient. We thought it was just a small mistake and we could exchange to the size we paid for. Obviously we were wrong, and Tilly's has no issue ripping us off our $60. This is a terrible company, do not shop here unless you want money stolen. Mistakes happen, but leaving the customer to pay for those mistakes is ridiculous and something I have never dealt with before.

I can't say that I've had a similar experience at any other retail location. Susan and her colleagues did an incredible job.
