We needed a dressier outfit for him and she showed us the options they had in store in his size. My son is tall, so we were looking for something in size 12-18. Some of the dress shirts had buttons that could be dangerous for a 7 month old. She brought it to our attention, which we were very grateful for. We ended up finding a polo for him and a lot of other cute items. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely return. When I went back to the cashier, she told me only one item would be refunded. I had to explain again that there were actually two duplicate charges. Only after insisting, she checked again and finally processed the correct return. The situation was confusing and embarrassing. I hope staff can be more careful and pay better attention when scanning items.
