The website showed that the item I wanted was in stock, so I drove approximately an hour and a half out of my way specifically to purchase it. When I arrived, I was told that the one item showing as "in stock" was actually a returned unit that was defective and could not be sold. If the item was defective and unavailable for purchase, why was it being counted as available inventory on the website?

I've never had to wait too long in line to get checked out so really can't complain. For clothing, I have to say this Dick's is great although for service it's not terrific so I figure that equals a three star rating.

Some of the dress shirts had buttons that could be dangerous for a 7 month old. She brought it to our attention, which we were very grateful for. We ended up finding a polo for him and a lot of other cute items. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely return. The only thing that could be improved would be more sizes in stock.

No person should be treated differently based on what they look like , how they dress, or who they are. Very upsetting and hurtful to think that at this point in time people have still such horrible stigmas and stereotypes. Treating people like that only reflects poorly on who the person is and the company itself allowing their employees to be so horrible.
