It was about that time in my husband's life when he needed to have not just the professional look,…read morebut a sleek and stunning professional look. Always wanted to go to the Men's Wearhouse to see what they had to fit his personality and style; and I can truly say, our visit to the store that day met every expectation we had and the level of service was beyond excellent. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and on point. I'm a control freak, and when our client rep introduced us to the store manager, Simone Pirre, she greeted us with warmth and once she started talking, we knew we were in for a great experience, and for the first time in over 9 years of marriage, I made another woman choose my husband's clothes and I didn't make any changes or adjustments. This lady is qualified and knows fashion, trends, body shape, what works for you personally. She's patient and we felt comfortable, and well taken care of. The discounts are great too. If you want to look, fashionable, suave, well dressed, professionally styled, id recommend this store. Its my first time and I'm blown away. Money well spent!! Ps. Hubby's clothes look amazing on him!!! I must have told him more than 10 times this morning :) #happycustomer! Pictures to folllow

I was measured and fitted for a tuxedo on March 30 and was scheduled to pick it up on May 27…read more When I arrived at the Danbury store at approximately 5:00 p.m. on May 27, I was told that my tuxedo had not arrived. Since I was leaving town the next day for my son's wedding, I called the store again on May 28. They still did not have it. I asked if the tuxedo could be shipped directly to the hotel where the wedding was being held, and the store agreed. On May 29, while checking with the hotel about the shipment, I received a text message from the store stating that my tuxedo was ready for pickup. I called to verify and was told that my tuxedo was indeed at the store. The package sent to the hotel arrived later that day. Because of wedding events and the rehearsal dinner that evening, I did not open it until the morning of the wedding. Unfortunately, it was not the tuxedo I had ordered and it did not fit. After learning that my actual tuxedo was still at the store, I requested that it be shipped overnight to another address. I was assured it would arrive before the wedding. Instead, it arrived later that afternoon, after the wedding photos had been taken and the ceremony had already begun. In the end, I received two tuxedos, neither of which I was able to wear. I returned both and was ultimately given a refund. This experience was deeply disappointing given the importance of the occasion. This was my son's wedding day--a once-in-a-lifetime event for our family. Unlike many other situations, there was no opportunity to reschedule, repeat the day, or recreate the moments that were missed. The wedding photos will last a lifetime, and unfortunately they serve as a lasting reminder of what should have been a simple and reliable part of the day. For customers renting attire for a wedding or other time-sensitive event, reliability is just as important as fit. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage having a backup plan in place well before the event.

My four friends and I drove over an hour away to Danbury to check out Primark. I have never been…read morehere before, this is the only location in Connecticut. Primark is an Irish retailer of affordable fashion for men, women and children. Other locations also carry home items, but not the Danbury location. They are very popular across the British Isles as well as several countries across Europe. The Primark in Danbury is part of the Danbury Fair Mall, the good news is you can access it as its own store, no need to go through the mall. This store is massive, there were so many shoes when we first walked in. There's hair accessories, purses and other small knickknacks. The clothes aren't super organized. The hangers are marked with various sizes, but they are actually all random sizes hung on random hangers. This was everywhere, same with the shoes. I am a bit selective when it comes to clothes shopping, I prefer my items to be mostly cotton. Cotton items were difficult to find or non existent at Primark. We spent two hours here and all I found were two items. Keeping in mind that they are a fast fashion retailer, the quality isn't always there. Loose strings, uneven stitching, unavailable sizes are all a part of the gamble. The wait to access a fitting room was surprisingly fast and efficient. The line to check out was long but moved fast, due to several open registers. I'm glad I experienced Primark, while they aren't for me, they might be for you. Marshalls, Target and Amazon are more accessible for me.

I've shopped here many times and the clothes lasts. The store is always busy but still kept in order. The lines can be long but move pretty quickly. This is one of my go to stores.

I was so excited to finally find a nice store in the Danbury Mall. Could not help myself feel so…read morehappy to see those brands that I missed from the good old Annie Sez, and Lord and Taylor. But my emotions were soon going to be crushed as I navigated through the store. As I got to the middle of the store 2 girls young were just chatting. Obviously I was not even acknowledged or greeted. Soon after the African American employee said "she is not even going to spend $100". At that point I was hopping they were talking about someone else...I looked up and as they noticed they moved towards the front of the store. I kept looking and found a few pieces but was already uncomfortable after all I'm not the regular size small, white, blond hair customer. I'm the opposite size xl, Hispanic, jeans, bickenstock sandals, crazy hair. At least that is what I look like on my days off. Took an other lap around the store as I found the guts to just shop and not pay attention to the young girls after all....what do they know? As I was just holding 2 pieces one of the girls came up and said: Can I put that in the fitting room? To what I answer no thank you. She then just walked away. Soon after an older associate asked the same question when "I said no thank you" she then said "let me put it at the register" to what agreed to. I continued browsing towards the front of the store and as I was moving I over, I heard the 3 girls talk about a top but didn't put any mind into it. Just kept moving. Once at the front on the left side of the store all 3 girls were now across from me. The one that had asked me if she can put the things in the fitting came over to tell the other girl how I had said yes to the other employee that took my things to the register. At that point all 3 looked straight at me and as they did I asked them if I could help them. The African American girl laugh and said what? you can't help us? No.... I then turn around went to the register any paid. The woman at the register was helpful and tried to apease me. But at this point I was too mad, too angry, too disappointed at the fact that I had been stereotyped. I had been watched and I had been racially stereotyped. As I'm trying to pay one of them realices what is going on and comes to the counter and says "excuse me I just wanted to let you know we were not talking about you...we were looking for a top". To what I responded with "you know that is not true". But I accept your apology...since there was none. she thought it was a good idea to just come up and lie. Why not just leave it alone.
