The department stores in VA are horrible compared to Boscov's. I would love for Boscov's to open a store in VA. I deducted 1 star because they need more cashier. Many of the cashier stations didn't have anyone working there.

There was a fair selection of men's wallets. Overall I think that this Kohl's is worth shopping. The line at the register moved rapidly and the service was above average in my opinion.

The inventory at this location seems spotty at best.  We went in with a few items on our list and didn't seem to put a dent in it.  They may have what you are looking for... but the variety/choices just aren't there.  The prices seem a little high but I imagine you are just paying higher now only to be reimbursed with their Kohl's cash later.    Be prepared to stand in a long line during busy times.  There is only one line for checkout but there were several registers opened during Sunday morning, so it does move fast.  Again, this procedure seems streamlined for security purposes.    If you are lucky enough to get Mimi at checkout ~ count your blessings.  Mimi is a true gem (5 stars for Mimi!).

There are tons of places that look like storefronts but they're displays. However, the stores they have are pretty nice. Boscos, Barnes and Nobles, Aveda, AMC theaters, and a smattering of smaller stores like Hot Topic and Hallmark. Frankly if you want to visit the stores they have it's a great mall. But if you're looking a mall to be amazed at the huge array of stores then this may not be the mall for you. I'm going to go high on the rating as I would visit it again. Cool, clean, bright, and safe feeling works for me.

Wife allowed me to go in with her, now that's a mistake she won't make again lol! Hahahhaha This is a huge store! And everything is organized nicely and unlike others isn't a disastrous mess! My wife saw my cart and she just took things out and left random items in random places. They have a great selection of everything!! Decent selection but I took the family here when we visited Sesame Place. It's close by but walking through it felt very empty and the biggest complaint was that it is not well maintained. There were so many trash cans and buckets collecting water from all the leaks in the roof. A lot of the walking paths are blocked by these containers. I have 2 kids and we visited the little arcade there which seems to be outdated. The mall seems to just be waiting to be closed. Overall experience here wasn't the greatest. Not worth driving out of your way to visit this place.

I was looking for some nice chocolate and snacks and to see the Clinique counter specials at Macy's. I'm very happy to see Santa. There was only one child in line to see Santa.. I guess there are some Santa traditions that I've just changed so much but for me I'm happy to see it while I'm still kicking. We all got photos. Service was pretty magnificent. My experience is that 1 out of 3 orders are simply either cancelled or put in a "delayed" status. And once put in "delayed" status, it's unlikely that your order will ever be fulfilled. It'll be stuck in "delayed" status indefinitely and you'll have to waste time on Walmart's chat or on the phone to get the order cancelled. The manager at this location needs retraining, -period (or better yet, he/she should NOT be a manager).

When a cashier is upfront by herself and asks for help it's like they don't care and will come up to help once she's already handled line herself You can't take the carts out so they just pile up at the front door. Security used to move them and line them up, the one now just greets and stands at the podium
