I've been a loyal customer of Wing Depot for years and have even left positive reviews before…read morebecause the food and service used to be worth recommending. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. My son ordered honey lemon pepper wings, but the cashier misheard it as hot lemon pepper. I was on speakerphone and heard the entire exchange -- he did not say hot. When we returned to correct it, the owner insisted the order was correct and even suggested reusing wings we had already taken home to remake the order. That raised serious food safety concerns for me. We were also told, "Next time, check your order before leaving." Customers shouldn't have to verify mistakes made behind the counter. Sadly, the wings were extremely salty, the fries have lately been lukewarm & burned, and the okra was overcooked & greasy. This place used to be a go-to for my family, but after this experience, I can't recommend it anymore.

They are nice and small which is how they should be. The fries are also spectacular. Very well seasoned. OMG this place is definitely the business. There's a wing stop just across the way from them and they should just move or just go out of business bcuz there's a new new wing spot in town. I asked the cashier which flavor was the the best and she told me the Honey Garlc Lemon Pepper is the most popular one and man oh man was she right! There's a delicious party going on in my mouth right now and its not for the weak. These wings are absolutely delicious so don't sleep on this place. I'm super picky about food and this place came correct. The overall esthetics is clean, inviting, bright and cheerful and the staff is super professional and very friendly which only makes business better for the owner. I'm so glad I went here. So glad! Great great wings! The only thing i would recommend since the food is top tier is that they make their own ranch dressing bcuz that would take things over the top and to whole other level. Make your own ranch guys!

This place was so we decided to give them a try--I ordered the shrimp hibachi and my friend ordered wings and fries. The good: in addition to the late hours, there was a healthy service of fries for the wings and fried rice for the hibachi. The not so good: it took longer to get delivered and I would've wanted more shrimp for the size, even if that meant less rice. I'd order from there again and would try other items.

Heading inside it was clean as always and the smokiness was in the air. I was already hungry but when I smelled that smoky goodness, babeeeeeeeeee my stomach started to smile. I walked to the register and picked up the menu. Truth be told there was no need for me to pick it up as I knew what I wanted because I let my nose do the ordering. As such, I got the Medium Pork Rib Tips Sauced Up. I placed my order. Got my number and took a seat. Once my food was ready, my number was called and I was on my way. Now hear me and hear me clearly... Rickettes truly understands the art of Rib Tip making. These rib tips were the bombbbbbbbbbbbbb. Meaty. Tender. Flavorful. Succulent. These rib tips had me in a zone. I had to close my eyes and enjoy each and every bite. It reminded me of a cookout back home with my grandfather on the grill. I loveeeeeeeeee me some Rickettes. If you love Bar-B-Que and I mean GOOD Bar-B-Que, get you some Rickettes.

Therefore , she helped me with my selection. When I got to the car I decided to eat in the car after I returned to the location where I needed to be . The fish were relatively small pieces but they were decent enough to enjoy and feel like the trip was worth it. Almost anything is better than Captain D's fish that sliced in half to make two pieces . My only qualm were the fries . While the fries weren't heavily salted; they were hard and cold . Philly Cheesesteak- It was cooked perfectly for Georgia standards. The usual steak, onions, peppers, cheese and Mayo. Sweet Chili Wings- Horrible. I ordered all flats and paid extra for them. I received standard drums and flats. Wings were quite small. I asked for extra crispy. They were soft. Wings were supposed to be tossed in sweet Chili sauce. They couldn't be bothered with making sure all wings had sauce. Looks like they dipped a ladle in sauce and just laid it on top of wings. They really had no taste. Would not buy their wings again. Service was extremely disappointing today…read more I ordered a 6-piece wing (not the meal). After the cashier gave me the total, I tapped my card and paid. Immediately after, I asked, "Wait, how much is the meal?" She said it was about the same price as what I ordered. I then asked what came with the meal, and she said wings, fries, and a drink. I responded that I would prefer the meal instead. Her response was, "Well, you already paid for it." Mind you, I was literally still signing and even tipping 22% when this conversation happened. There was no effort to accommodate or simply adjust the order just a dismissive response. What made it worse was the lack of professionalism. The employee went back to sitting in a chair with no shoes on, feet up, and scrolling on her phone which is exactly what she was doing when I first walked in. Customer service matters. With so many dining options in the area, this experience makes it easy to choose somewhere else next time. Unfortunately, this will be the last money I spend at this location.
