Bryce is one heck of a mechanic, when above and beyond taking care of my diesel pusher after getting towed into their shop.

Class A RV Repairs

I'm not sure why there isn't a review from me here already. I vividly remember writing one…read more Anyway... I had a fight with a narrow bridge that was under construction a few years back. Unfortunately, my RV and I lost the fight. I had some pretty hefty damage down one whole side of the trailer, and the back wall was ripped loose With a about a 6 inch gap you could see into the bathroom through. Class A worked their magic and made that trailer look like new in what I thought was a pretty short time. I could not have been happier with their service. Last year, my slide wouldn't go back in. I labored to get it in manually and took it to be worked on at Class A. They've got it working like new. While it was in the shop, they also resealed my roof for me. While I was there, I asked about RV storage. Not only did they have it, they had it for 1/3 the price I was paying in San Antonio. Even with the added drive to Pipe Creek, I save time because I'm not dealing with the traffic getting to the Tally Road area. I recommend Class A for any service you need done on your RV. It is a very good company. The office staff is very friendly. Oh... I should mention how one of their technicians stayed on the phone with me for over an hour telling me how to get my slide back in manually so that I could tow it to the shop. He was awesome!

They got us in right away but had to finish the work the next day so we were able to stay in the small rv park Adjacent to the shop in pipe creek. The shop is so clean and the waiting area is stocked with everything for your rv from replacement doors to back up cameras. This is a gem of a repair place because we all Know you're going to need a repair on that rv! Hope we Don't have to visit them again but if we need a repair in the hill country we know where to go!

What can I say. Living full time in an RV has its challenges. I took my Winnebago Trend I to have…read moresome work done. They were able to work me in on the following Monday. While waiting they let me stay at their facility. While waiting in the service lounge I asked John, the parts manager, what the most reliable Class A on the lot. John pointed to the Vista. I went inside the sales office and met with David in sales. Kerri is the comptroller and helped with finance. We worked with the credit union I bank with at home in WI and walked out delighted to have a beautiful and spacious Vista 32 YE motorhome. I took it on a shake down run to Hot Springs, AR for a Winnebago rally and brought it back to have some additional suspension added on to make it handle better and to have some pieces of trim secured (it came from the factory that way). I also had a bunch of questions and the service manager sat down and answered all of my questions. An awesome family owned business that is not hard sell, there is no pressure but they work hard to give the best deal possible. I will continue to come back for service when I am in the area, which will be yearly. I HIGHLY recommend KerRVille RV Update 1/12/2020 I just came back with some more questions and again, they were very accommodating. I went into the office for a cup of coffee and Ronnie, the owner was there. He shook my hand as I explained how much I appreciate the whole experience. He is a very gracious man. Again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KERRVILLE RV!

Anytime there's an RV show, I'm going to have a great time. If you have an RV, you're always…read morelooking for your next one. So we checked out the annual show in San Antonio. Two vehicles you can think about: Newmar Dutch Star - all you ever wanted in a motor coach. Literally. My wife was outraged with the fact it didn't have a fireplace. The salesman said "the floor is heated." "Problem" solved, ha ha. By the way, the salesman wasn't doing anything. He didn't have to. I sat down in the recliner and had no desire to move. That vehicle is nicer than most people's homes, which it should be for the significant price. Then there's the Grand Design 380FL. The roof - the Blue Compass salesperson let us hit a sample of the roof with a hammer. It did no damage. It has a lifetime warranty on an RV roof. Let that sink in. It's a great, great vehicle with tons of space and a marvelous front living room. It costs - about as much as you'd expect. A really nice 5th wheel. My wife wanted it but getting a truck for it would cost me almost as much as the 5th wheel. This is not a major RV show - the Florida SuperSale is going on this week & I'm sure the Austin show is coming soon. It is good enough and I dont have to go far to see premium vehicles.

Awesome show! They had a TON of trailers and RVs on display. I was initially concerned that there…read morewould be a butt load of sales guys, but it wasn't really that bad. It was nice to check out the different motor homes and daydream a bit.
