I've been here on many occasions and rarely leave without something to bring home to one of my three aquariums and/or our backyard pond. They have a vast array of freshwater aquarium fish, snails etc, as well as salt water, and fish for outdoor ponds (you'll make your way out the back door for this). They have pond plants, aquarium plants, rocks, driftwood, and more. Pretty much everything you might need for your set up or to get set up, they have. They are well staffed and their staff is incredibly knowledgeable. If you're unsure what you're looking for, or having an issue with your aquarium that has left you flummoxed, they can definitely help you through it. One of my favorite things is they have all their plants well labeled (beginner, intermediate, advanced), so you know which ones might require special lighting or co2. This is so helpful to ensure your aquarium is thriving. The only thing I'll mention is their fish prices are a little higher than some of the other aquarium spots in town. Don't buy animals from here! Recently there were a few boxes…read more"dumped" at this location. In one of the boxes was 2 BONDED 1 year old, female rabbits. This store broke a BONDED pair of rabbits for profit. Rabbits that were dumped. I was working with an associate of this location on adopting the bonded pair, MONEY WAS PAID! It was a SOLD deal and one of the rabbits was sold to someone else. I'll continue to share this story with every outlet I possibly can. There's nothing but, CRUELTY at this pet store! Enclosures are too small and beyond inadequate! This store needs to be investigated!

Upon entering the store, the smell is anything but welcoming. I can't recall any other pet store having such an unpleasant smell from the moment you enter the facility. The store itself also appears like it hasn't been maintained or remodeled in quite some time. If you encounter staff on the salesfloor, they will not acknowledge you in any way, either. I had a gift card and came looking for dog treats. Unfortunately our pooch has some allergies so we look for limited ingredient treats, but there were very few options to choose from. After searching high and low and finding one thing, I headed to the checkout. The young man did not greet me, even after I said, "Hello" to him. He scanned my item and gave me my total. I asked him if I needed to slide the gift card or if he needed it. He response was to walk away from me, pick up a phone and call someone else to come up front. He then stood and waited with his arms folded until someone else came up and did something at a different register with the gift card in order for me to redeem it. I wish I had redeemed the entire gift card so I wouldn't have to go back to this store to use the balance.
