BUYER BEWARE! On…read more12/17/20 I purchased from "Whats In The Bowl Pet Shop" 15401 West National Ave. New Berlin WI. a "Huggle Hounds leather Bunny & Duck pack, #30794 under the name "Natural's." The price was $11.99 At the time of purchase I informed the sales person of my dog's breed, and age. I also mentioned that I wanted a "toy" that would be tuff, strong and most of all safe for her to play with. I was directed by the sales person to the afore mentioned toy. With her assurance that it would be perfect for my dog, thereby I purchased it for her. It must be stated that the reason I shopped at this "Premium Price Pet Store" is the perception that they are selling only "pet friendly" products and not the random, off shore products found at the larger chain stores. Unfortunately, in my case, that is only an illusion. Within less then 10 minutes my 10 month old Caviler had ripped a hole in the toy, had the Jute Fiber stuffing pulled out and the plastic squeaky insert in her mouth, which I had to pry from mouth to keep her from choking on! If I had not noticed this I have no doubt she would have been in serious trouble. I have NEVER seen a dog toy come apart so quickly! Yes. I know, there is a disclaimer on the back of the package that this is not a "toy." If not a toy, what is it, a wall hanging? I took the product back to the Pet Store, along with my receipt the next day. What occurred then only added insult to injury. I explained to the women behind the counter (owner?) what had happened. In what can only be described as an arrogant and insulting manner I was left with the impression that it was my fault for buying this item, and my dogs for putting it into her mouth! OMG! Whereby she informed me it was not their responsibility that I purchased this product! AT THE VERY LEAST; she should have said "I am very sorry this happened, can I give you a full refund, or help you pick out a more durable replacement?" That's called marketing 101 or "customer service." Which the "Whats In My Bowl Pet Shop," seems to have no knowledge of? I will take my business elsewhere, and encourage everyone I know to do the same. I am posting this review in hopes of keeping anyone else from making this kind of purchase and having more dire outcomes with their beloved pet.

This time, however, the woman who groomed my dog, was rude. There was an added charge for "supplies and equipment" on top of the normal charge for grooming. They did not tell me about the extra charge, and when I asked about it the "manager" who was a heavily tattooed, obnoxious woman with multiple piercings, told me that was the usual charge. when I went to pick up my dog, they told me to come back in an hour. (There was another couple with two dogs who were also turned away abruptly.' I know reading the Bloomberg news that Petcomis a badly managed company, and it seems that the lack of training and good management is trickling down to the customers. Have already found another place to groom my dog. It may be best to skip this place.

The prices are relatively reasonable on most items and the easy members prices reflect even better deals. We brought our little boston terrier in for a nail trim, as she has black nails which makes it difficult to do yourself sometimes. The groomer was very professional, kind with our dog and was able to finish the job quickly for a decent price. There definitely is no shortage of grooming customers so they clearly do a great job! We visit my parents who live in the area a few times a month, and now we'll be bring our dog in for upkeep when we're in town. I didn't get a chance to really look through the fish and reptile area but it looked like there were a lot of options. Nice store!

Completely shaved his groin area and now it is very irritated. Also got water in his ears and gave him an ear infection. All of this came up the very next day. In the past we would take him to the pewaukee PetSmart and it was much better.
