He was so reckless and the operations manager wouldn't even stand up to him!!! Was one of the worst jobs in my 32 working years ever!! If that was the end of the story I would just give a 3 star review. However, the reason I taking the time to write this review is because of the incredible customer service this company provides. They really will go to the ends of the earth to make you happy. Anyone who wrote a bad review I can only assume never followed up with submitted an issue to customer services. They came out twice the first time they took out the trim of the window and added more insulation. Still the air was coming through the sides. So, on the second visit their service guy took out all the trim around two enormous windows, then proceeded to add by hand insulation stuffed to the brim not the cheap spray stuff. Reinstalled all the trim without any damage spend over 3 hours making sure no air was coming through. It was beyond my expectations and probably beyond the scope of their responsibility to fix the windows. I am extremely happy with how things turned out, so just want to share what a great job they did.

To promise a lifetime transferrable warranty yet refuse to respond to service needs is just beyond me. I will NOT recommend Mad City moving forward.
