When I showed up at my appointment time, he was nowhere to be found, so I had to talk to one of his workers. They said he was gone for the day, so that was kind of frustrating. I called him, and he apologized that he had some sort of an emergency, but he said if I could wait for twenty minutes, he'd come right back. So I waited. He and his wife showed up. They were very nice took the time to check out the truck, went over the work details, and what colors were available. I gave them my email address so they could send me an estimate by the end of the day. But the weird thing was, after I got back, I never received the estimate to this day. It's been a couple of months now. Very unprofessional, disappointing, and a missed business opportunity for them.

I had a rental scheduled for a dump truck, and the truck they had for me broke down, so they rented one from a competitor just to make sure I had one, even knowing that it would likely cost them more than I was paying for it. Add to that, the dump truck they rented, didn't have the same tow hitch as the one required for the bobcat I rented and had planned to tow with it, so they delivered and picked it up at no additional charge. Since I wasn't able to tow it, I also wasn't able to fuel it back up after use, and they didn't charge me for that either! Since then, I've rented a dump truck and bobcat from them a second time, a jack hammer, and most recently, a concrete coring tool. I've yet to be disappointed with any of my rentals, pricing, availability, or their ability to bend over backwards to make sure my needs were met. I've been working with Mark as my sales rep, but they are all very happy to be of assistance! I highly recommend you consider them for your future rental needs! I know I will!
