I ordered beef tortellini soup, which tasted like water. It needed garlic powder, salt, oregano, and it really needed a strong chicken stock, but it tasted like water.. I ordered a meatball Parm sub. The meatballs were cold in the middle. They tasted like a sponge when I bit into them they were watery and flavorless.. Growing up with an Italian sister our meatballs always had oregano Parmesan cheese they had flavor. These were like watery sponges and they weren't that hot but the cheese was melted and they take the meatballs. They put them on the sub and they throw it in the oven until the cheese melts but the meatballs were cool in the inside.. the spaghetti sauce tasted like right out of the can it was not garlic there was no oregano no basil it was like right out of the can very bland the food has gotten very bland I've tried to give it several tries and I will not be going there again the food just isn't seasoned and it doesn't taste anything like Italian food anymore. when I came in, I waited a long time to get served a drink or a menu, so I picked up my own menu, grab my own silverware. It's not something I usually order since I normally like to try specials or different pasta dishes, but it was the perfect choice. We started with the fried calamari, and it was easily one of my favorite appetizers. If you're like me and love the tentacle pieces, you'll be happy because there were plenty! It was fried perfectly, and the marinara sauce had just the right amount of spice to give it an extra kick. To finish the meal, I ordered the tiramisu, and it was the perfect ending. It was moist, rich, and soaked just enough to give it that classic tiramisu flavor without being overpowering. Between the delicious food, the extensive menu, and the overall experience, Cosimo's is definitely a place I'll be coming back to. There are still so many dishes I want to try!

We don't order out meatballs because all meatballs pail in comparison to my mother's recipe which I make for them. But let me tell you, these meatballs were amazing. Although I have been to this place before back in March of 2020 and was pleasantly surprised, our…read moreexperience on Father's Day was absolutely horrible. I made a reservation at my husbands request. The reservation was for 6 -1/2 people (my granddaughter who is 11 months) at 5pm. I asked for a table upstairs and when I arrived they tried to sit us in the bar area. I informed the woman who was at the front I had asked for a table upstairs and her exact words to me were "ok bye" and she handed me off to a young gentleman (Harrison). That was the 1st mistake she made. He brought us upstairs and the room was very warm. We assumed it was because they hadn't turned the AC on but when we looked it was on 62. We opted to stay up there because by that time they had given away the table that they were trying to offer us. I am not exaggerating when I say we were left upstairs for over 40 minutes before he came back to ask if we wanted drinks or appetizers. Not his fault because it appeared this woman was too busy yapping it up with some older man who was at the bar and the younger woman was just there. Harrison was doing the doordash orders, and everything else. I asked if someone was going to come up soon and this woman with reddish hair with attitude said "umm, yeah". 2nd mistake she made. I went back upstairs and our waiter came back up about 10 minutes later. He took our orders and was left to manage us alone. Overall I think he did the best he could, but there is absolutely NO REASON AT ALL it should have taken 2-1/2 hours for us to order/eat. We didn't order anything complicated, but it seems like everyone downstairs was being tended to while we were just left upstairs in the heat. Having to have my son go downstairs and ask for the check and food containers, is also ridiculous -3rd mistake!! Again, Harrison was great and we do not blame him at all, but this young gentleman should have been given help from the beginning instead of having him do every damn thing. Extremely disappointed and am pretty sure the owners of this place have no idea what their manager does and they seriously need to re-think who they have greeting and TRAIN them properly. She is lucky I didn't lose it on her with the way she responded to me when I asked if someone was going to come up soon. She is absolutely, HORRIBLE. The service was EXTREMELY slow, even though there were BARELY any people there when we walked in. We are locals and we will never go back.

I only ate it because of the highly inflated price due to this government operation they call 'covid'. It had to be one of the worst pieces of chicken I've ever had. Their pizza is doughy on the inside consistantly (particularly their pizza with toppings). The wrap was burnt as well. What a waste. PS: the govt has been testing those mrna vaxxes since 2014. Surprise! Press release right on Moderna's website. Guess the news didn't tell you that huh? Then Fauci says in 2017 that the current administration will face a pandemic. Wow, how accurate that it happened in 2020. Guess what people, this has all been planned. Planned so they could test those MRNA vaxxes on the people of the world. PCR tests that were never designed to diagnose anything. They tested positive for anything, even water. And poor people have been vaccine injured so badly. So sad, just like Tosco's food.
