Disgusting food prepared with zero care. We got an order to go and when we opened our containers it was like "f@ck you" in a box. I got the house salad. There was no tomatoes, no olives. Only wilted old romaine, cheese and croutons. The menu said it was served with garlic bread, I got 2 slivers of a dinner roll, soaked in grease. 2 people in our party got the French dip. Or maybe it was just French because there was NO DIP. No au jus sauce. The menu says it comes with rosemary au jus. Meat on a roll with limp cold greasy fries is what we got. Our friend ordered the loaded cheesy fries and they were a congealed cold mass of grease that were missing toppings. We paid $14-16 per meal for absolute garbage, had important components of the meal missing, and waited for 40 minutes for the food to be prepared. I'm appalled anyone would put that quality of food out let alone charge for it. Amendment XXI, you should be ashamed of yourself! With that meal, you created 4 pissed off customers who will never be back. You also bought yourself waaayyyy more than $80 of negative reviews. Enjoy it like we enjoyed our meal :0). read more

So excited to find a good breakfast place. I would give it five stars but we were there at an off time so it wasn't crowded and we didn't have the serving problems that other yelpers did. I had a breakfast stack and it was amazing in its' freshness. Eggs done perfectly with just the right amount of shredded pork and fresh avocado. My husband had a sausage egg and potato burrito. He commented that The potatoes were done perfectly while the sausagy was a little greasy. He loved the whole thing. The service was really great. BUT we didn't order a drink just coffee and water. So I can't comment on the cocktail service. Noticed the bartender spent the entire time talking to one guy but didn't affect our coffee. Water was great in huge jars. Going to try for Thursday night happy hour and see what we find!! Went back for lunch with some guests from out of town, one of which is a chef and restaurant owner. They all loved the place and the mojitos. Everyone got something different so I won't go into detail. Suffice to say that everyone was very happy The service was amazing. Our first time eating here and most likely our last. Arrived one hour and a half before our other engagement. We felt an hour and and fifteen minutes was enough time to have our order delivered an eat. Wrong, they didnt put the order into the kitchen,blame was placed on the kitchen, no it belong to the wait staff. We had to eat in five minutes, not a happy camper. Until today, I had only ever been to Amendment for drinks-not food. I have been missing out! Today, on a whim, my friend and I decided to come to Amendment during her lunch break and snag a bite to eat! I got the special--for $11, I got a delicious BLT with avocado (grilled to perfection) and fries as a side (served with fry sauce). Fantastic!! Everything was melt-in-your-mouth yummy and the presentation was nice too. I especially loved that the iced water was served in a large mason jar glass. Our server was kind, attentive, and informative. All in all, I will continue recommending this place to people (and not just as a bar, but for some bomb food, too!). A++ read more

Went in New Years Eve hoping to give a newer place our money instead of one of the "usual" places. Was immediately told, even with the full bar, it was closing at 10pm. After that got the sense that our hour there was a strain on the staff. No one wanted us there and they made it clear. Drinks felt watered down. I feel bad because of his attitude she did not receive a tip. He used to work at cedars. .he needs an attitude adjustment and should not be in customer service. Brie and Willow are awesome. Bloody Mary's are off the hook too. Problem is Management, Saturday and Sunday are busy as hell and they bring in two severs and one cook. Love, love, LOVE this new place!! Tried for the first time this weekend and wasn't disappointed in the least. Clean, fresh, unique decor. Very friendly and attentive staff. Delicious, perfectly made mixed drinks. We tried several appetizers too - everything tasted made from scratch, perfectly cooked, and eye appealing. They have a pool table, shuffleboard, games, and a nice outside patio. Very few bars in town that I feel comfortable as a woman being at, but not here! Always friendly service, sometimes takes a bit to get a drink because they're usually busy. They have a very unique food selection which is almost always delicious. The Cougar Gold Mac n cheese was a bit anticlimactic given how good the cheese is by itself. They have a good draft beer selection but keep in mind it changes often, so if they have a beer there on tap that you like, they may not have it the next time you go. Which sucks if they no longer have your favorite beer on tap, but it's nice to have a fresh selection whenever you go. Atmosphere is nice and relaxed and there are quite a few tv's, as well as two pool tables and shuffleboard. The outdoor patio is big and comfortable as well. read more
